Brooke's Pov I was still on Andy's back when we reached The small stream that connected to Agata Forest. "Ughhh, where is he..?" I said out loud with my head hanging low off of Andy's back. "We'll find him... eventually.." Andy said, turipning his head and smiling at me. "Don't you worry Brooke, we will find him!" Avery said trotting head high like she knew exactly where he was. "Thanks Ave, you know I'm counting on you." I said to her with a small laugh. She looked at me and smiled, one of her 'feel better' smiles. I found myself in a happy mood at this time, we were obviously looking for Canyon but we also were enjoying the scenery. We sat down near the mermaid pond where we all found each other. And one of the last places I saw Canyon at. "Here, eat this berry. I'm sure it will make you somewhat feeling better." He said and smiled at me with his tan short fur blowing slowly through the small breeze.

Although he seems small, he's actually almost my height as I'm pretty tall. He's strong too, obviously you can tell when he was picking me up. It kinda seemed like I was as light as a feather to him, his soft fluffy fur brushing up against me. "Hey Andesite?" I asked him as he was sitting with Avery and Ashae in the shade a little farther from where I was at. "Yeah?" He looked at me and tiled his head a bit. "How close to evolution are you?" I said with interest as it's been around 4-5 years since I met him. "Very close I can tell." He said kindly back and then laid himself down.
Suddenly I felt something.. it didn't feel normal that's for sure. I couldn't tell what it was. Nothing was touching me, and I surely was in the open not touching anything either. I scratched at my side with my back leg and then looked around. I then saw something. It was blurry, it was floating, it was something familiar. I pushed myself up, forcing myself to walk towards the figure. "Uh.. hello?" I said to it as I walked a little closer.. "Hey that looks kinda looks like one of Canyons forms.." I said in my head. Suddenly it teleported away from me. "Hey..!" I looked around and saw it by a tree so I ran over there.
"Canyon..?" I said softly like a whisper as I squinted and tried to identify the figure. I stared at it then it stared back. "Hey Brooke.." I realized it Was Canyon. "Canyon!" I ran up to him and hugged him. "Hey why are you so down and gray? Aren't you happy to see me?" I said as I stopped hugging him and sat in font of him, looking at him in confusion. "Can't you tell.. Er.." he put a paw over his massive gashes on the side of his long face. "Oh Canyon, are you ok?" I helped him up and we walked back over to everyone. They looked at him. They kept staring at him.. Avery, Ashae, Andy.. It was staring to freak me out and I was starting to get mad. "Why are you guys looking at him like that?" I said as we were standing there, everyone's eyes on Canyon still. "C-Can't you see..he's-" Avery was cut off," Terrifying..!" Ashae said then Andy butted in," No it's not that, he's.." I looked at Canyon, he was looking down and some of his scratches were bleeding and he looked like he was destroyed then put back together. "Canyon.. Are you ok..?" I said in a low soft voice.
"No.. what-ugh, does it look... like.." He looked at me and his legs started to shake as he fell to the floor. "Canyon!" Everyone ran over to him and poked at him, looking over him and trying to find what's wrong with him. "Guys we need to take him back to the village." I said in a form voice as everyone looked back at me and nodded. They all picked him up, and then we headed for home.
