Unlocking the front door to the house, I entered without a second thought of leaving my combat pass at school. I just wanted to get away from that bastard. It's like every turn I make he always does something to try to force me back down.

Closing the door behind me, I just stood there. It was like I was feeling guilty for leaving Shiro there with them. They should be fine though, there not weak and they can see him...

Turning back I swung the door open realizing my mistake. What the fuck was I thinking? This is my inner hollow, my instinct. The part of me that enjoys fighting in a brutal way. No matter how strong the others may be, Shiro would be able to kill them. And I know that for a fact, because now I'm no longer in his way.

Taking a step out I was about to run before my eyes saw Shiro holding my combat pass in his hands. His eyes were locked on mine as that grin was plastered on his face.

"You forgot this," He spoke as it just kept on flashing yellow from the eyes and making such noises. "When you left this thing just wouldn't shut up around me. Do you know how annoying that is? But what gets under my skin was that my partner thought he could just leave without my knowledge."

His words felt like fire ants on my skin as I just watched him twirl the wooden pass inbetween his fingers. I just couldn't help but feel anger. But I also had this heavey fuzzy feeling inside my chest that for some reason made me not want to tell at him.

"Oh don't give me that look King. You should be glad that I am away from your friends. That is why you were going to run back right?" He asked but only was given silence, making him realize that he was right,"That's what I thought."

Throwing the combat pass right at me, I caught it with my right hand. Once it contacted the skin on my fingers it stopped going off, giving piece to my ears from the calming breeze of silence.

"You are so protective it is sickening. And yet that somehow makes you stronger. Give me a break." He chuckled before continuing,"If you don't have that damn thing then I'll be protecting your ass and I don't plan on babysitting you." Shiro spoke as if this was the first and last time he was going to, what I could only assume, give me advice.

"Don't worry, I would rather die than seeing you come to save me. Like that'll even happen." I spoke, doubting that Shiro would even consider saving me.

"You'd be surprised." Shiro mummbled as if annoyed or mad at himself.

"Did you say something!"

"Oh look who's day dreaming now."

"You-."

Before I had the chance to really started my sentence, the combat pass went off as Shiro and I looked off to the north of us. Not thinking mush afterwards I slam the pass to my chest, having my body drop to the ground as my soul ran in the direction I sensed the spiritual pressure that of a hollow.

Guess whatever he said would remain a mystery until the hollow is killed, but to be honest I wasn't that interested. What ever really came out of his mouth seemed to get on my nerves on purpose. That drove me crazy, and I could see in his eyes he enjoyed it.

Skidding to a stop, I could see the creature walking in our direction. It appeared to be a size of a building as its body seemed to resemble that of a gorilla. The ground seemed to shake every time one of its giant fists smashed into the road. The mask though resembled more of a human skull as the canines stuck out more to give it the monstrous look. It mixed well with those blank black eyes that would send a chill down a normal person's spin.

Reaching around the back of my head, I gripped the handle of my zanpakuto before bringing it to my front. As I moved into my stance, I could see at the corner of my eye Shiro doing the same thing except he held his sword far out in front of him with only one hand. It was as if he were challenging the hollow to a match of the death instead of coming out to kill it to keep the peace.
