"so you and harry, huh?" cole asks. today is thursday and i went to his apartment after done with work. knowing harry would probably busy with works, i walked out of the hotel without telling him, not wanting to disturb him.

"yup," i nodd.

"he was the asshole you told me?"

"yup."

"he was the one you were trying to avoid at hotel?"

"yes! can we talk about something else? you've been asking about him for the past half an hour."

"sorry, i just want to know," he shrugs. "i mean, you're dating my friend!" he throws his arms in the air. "do you even know him?" he squints his eyes at me.

"still trying to," i sigh.

"still trying to," cole repeats, nodding and emphasizing the words. "he's a very, very secretive man, and i know he probably has already told you only like 0,99% of his life so feel free to ask me anything about him."

"did you have a friend named savannah?" i blurt, not really thinking about it.

i always want to know who she is but i know it would be strange for me to ask harry about it, realising i knew her from his journal.

"savannah who?" he arcs an eyebrow. "garcia? campbell-"

"grabell. savannah grabell." i cut him off.

"oh! yeah, yeah, i remember her," he nodds. "what about it? how do you even know her?"

"just heard about it a couple of times," i shrugg, not wanting to be honest.

"you heard about her? that's strange," cole frowns. "i've never heard anything about her since we graduated."

"why?"

"she was a scholarship student. she's american. she's smart, but rebellious. she was the only girl who played with my group of friends, you know, like me, patrick, niall-"

"i get it." i cut. "how did the all of you be friends with her?"

"alright. so she was enrolled when we were in sophomore year and a couple of months after that, my chemistry teacher told her to help me catching up with my grades, knowing i was starting busy with acting career," he curls his mouth, "one day, when she was tutoring me at the cafetaria, the lads came joining us to eat their lunches. she suprisingly could get along with the all of us, including harry."

"what's with harry?" i ask, curiously.

"the entire students knew how hard it was to be friends with harry," he laughs. "no one even dared to touch him or started a conversation."

"so, he would talk first?"

"exactly ," cole nods.

"did any of you get interested with her?"

"no," cole shakes his head. "we respect her and think her as a friend."

"why haven't you heard anything from her anymore?"

"after we graduated high school, the all of us went to the same college, under one academy, but she didn't. she didn't come from a family who had anough money to afford the tuition fees and it is thrice as hard to get a scholarship to our college. she didn't get the scholarship, probably because of her record at the school too, so she went back to her hometown." cole finishes his story. "she's a bit like you, you know?" cole tries to remember.

"really?"

"yes? yes!" cole says, feeling so sure. "she really does look like you! patient, smart -- i don't think that one's like you -- you two have the same kind of hair and eyes colour," he rubs his chin.
