David and Brae were finally done house hunting and put in an offer for a house in Jersey. Dave was happy to get Brae off of his back but also meaning this was a step closer to the birth of their baby girl .
"So how you feel , you think 3
million is too much to offer for the house ?", Dave asked Brae who was going through her emails from the passenger seat of the Range.
"I mean no , they wanted $3.65 mill, so I say we at least try , either way I want that damn house David", she gave him a stern look as he chuckled.
They were in Harlem to visit Dave's grandmother , Ms. Anne Brewster refused to leave Harlem no matter how much Dave bribed her.
Waking into the apartment , "Mama!!" , Dave yelled walking in looking for her while Brae sat down in the living room.
She was 7 months and felt big as a house . She couldn't wait for the little girl to make her entry into the world .
Ms. Anne made her way out of the back with her house coat on." Hey babies what y'all doing on this side of town ", she asked as Dave reach down and gave her a kiss on the cheek .
She sat down next to Brae ,rubbing her protruding belly .
"Came from the realtor , we put a offer on a house in Jersey", Brae told Ms. Anne , while Dave took a call in the hallway.
When he came back into the living room looking frustrated. "What's wrong babe?", Brae asked as she watch him pace the floor.
"I need you to take the truck home and call me when you get there", he finally spoke giving her the keys.
He pulled off a couple hundred dollars off and placed it in his grandmothers candy dish . They two said their goodbyes to his grandmother and walked to the truck .
Braelyn was a little worried , she hadn't seen Dave this shook in a while but she knew not to ask any questions .
"Go straight home Braelyn and I'm serious, Shad and Korey going meet me on 110th real quick we got something real quick. Chanel is already at the condo already", he told Braelyn kissing her before he watch her pull off.

Dave had caught an Uber from his grandmothers house . Before he got in the Uber he made sure he had his Baretta loaded.
This day just got a lot more interesting .
Pulling up to his destination , he said a thank you to the driver and walked up on Shad's CL Coupe.
"Fuck this nigga wanna meet for ?", Dave asked when he walked up on the Shad and Korey leaning on the hood.
"He talking a business merger , I'm not with it . We just had a fucking war with him and him niggas couple years ago. But now this nigga playing dirty", Shad spoke.
