Jeanine POV :

I never imagined my friend to find her soul mate before me; it never occurred to me that she could become one of us to begin with.

The moment Namjoon get in searching for Taehyung his eyes fall open my friend Hyeni and the moment their eyes met I don't know what happen but they froze in their places. I know that look they have in their eyes, look of adoration, love and confusion. I assisted to a lot of this kind and hear a lot of them too to the point that I become experienced without experiencing it myself. I was envious of her.

Their perfect moment finish when Taehyung oppa came and tap on Namjoon shoulder. Namjoon break the eye contact and turn to Taehyung, his face telling it all.

Namjoon is the only one from the older guys here who didn't find his mate. I know that when a guy turn 18 he can connect with his mate, but that isn't always the case. If I know that she is his mate, I would have brought her long time ago. Just seeing his stupid smile with his dimple showing, I feel happy. Taehyung looks at him confused, not understanding what happens when he left for just short period.

I turn to my friend to see her smile like a stupid too. I don't think she understands what happen before her eyes but I think she can feel the connection. She was smiling more than any time I saw her find a new crush because it's more than a crush it's an eternal love that no love can compare to it.

After what I heard, it's like a love at first sight. Even if they met for the first time, they would feel like they know each other for a long time, for as long as they remember.

I get off the counter and sit next to her "hey, are you OK" I nudge her. She gets out of her dream and looks at me with sparkling eyes. She is the real definition of love stuck.

"I think I'm in love" she said not conscious of the presence behind her that hears her so well.

"I don't think you are the only one" Namjoon said from behind making her froze in her place especially when he cage her by placing his arm at the edge of the counter placing his head on her shoulder.

She couldn't move or say anything that when I came to the rescue. She doesn't know anything of us; he would traumatize her if he continues.

"Ehem, Oppa she doesn't know anything. I should explain something to her first" as much as I like watching the affection they share, I need to teach and educate her a little, the little that I know anyway.

"Yeah, sorry" He pulls away. I saw her take a breath, making ma smile but I stuff it in.

"Hyeni, let go to my room. I think we have a long night tonight" I said grabbing her hand, pulling her with me. His eyes didn't leave her until we disappear from his sight. I catch Taehyung before we get up and he looks like he get the idea but confusion was clear in his face.

"Jenny, what happen just then" she ask still in her dreamy state.

"You would understand soon" I said pulling her inside my room and close the door.

"So you are saying that he is my mate, we are destined to each other from birth and that he would like me and only me without any condition and we would stay together for eternity" she repeated exactly what I just told her, I just nod my head yes knowing it's hard to understand all this at once. There are people from our specie that don't accept this truth.

"And he is a werewolf" She continued, spacing out.

We were sitting in my bed, face to each other. I explain everything that she need to understand as simply as possible. I made her promise me to not cut me until I finish and that what she did. She was listening attentively, it surprises me but I can relate to her as everything is new to her. But now she is worrying me as she didn't say a word for more than ten minute.
