Chapter 11: Friends

Previously on "Fated To Meet"

She looked at me and she clenched her fists. She opened it and slapped my right cheek. My head snapped to the side. Pain erupted from my cheek as I felt it sting from the force. I saw Ares about to lunge towards her but I extended my hand out and stopped him.
She looked at me and I hoped she saw how guilty I felt. As if she heard my real thoughts she turned around and said.

"One chance, don't fuck it up."

Addison's P.O.V.

Alice walked ahead of me in silence as Ares and I followed her. My cheek still
hurt from being slapped, but I knew that it wasn't Alice's fault. She was just protective of her mate. I would have done the same thing if someone hurt Ares.
Violet growled at the idea of our mate in pain. I noticed that we were getting closer to a white building. That was probably the hospital.

"If you hurt him in any way I will end your life in the most painful way you can imagine."

I looked up at Alice and I nodded my head. We walked into the pack hospital and I walked towards a door on the right hallway of the entrance. Alice walked in and instantly the mood around her changed. She smiled and ran towards a guy with raven black hair and brown eyes. His foot was in a cast that was suspended in the air by a rope tied to the sealing.
Alice hugged the guy and the guy laughed as Alice practically tackled him. Ares coughed and the guy looked up and his eyes widened.

"Hey Jack. Sorry I didn't visit you sooner I was busy with stuff."

"Nah it's okay bro, I heard you found your mate. Congrats man you've been searching for her for three years now."
Jack smiled and his eyes wandered over to mine.

"Jack meet your future Luna Addison."

Jack waved and smiled at me.

"Addison meet my friend and leader of the pack warriors, Jack."

I smiled and shyly waved my hand. Alice glared at me and I slowly put my hand down awkwardly.

"Um I'm sorry I attacked you, I was kind of out of it." I scratched the back of my head and laughed quietly.

"Oh, it's okay Luna I shouldn't have had my guard down. I didn't think you were that strong honestly, but damn you hurt like hell." Jack let out a laugh.

"You shouldn't forgive her so easily. She hurt you." Alice pouted as she sat next to Jack. Jack put his arm around Alice's shoulder and brought her close to him as he leaned in and kissed her forehead.

"Alice I told you I was fine. It was my fault since I tripped over a tree root in surprise."

Alice huffed.

"Aw they're so cute together." Violet said.

I smiled. "Yeah they are."

"Are you just going to stand there or are you going to fucking do what you came for."

Jack looked surprised that Alice was talking to the luna that way and in the corner of my eye I saw Ares clench his fist. His wolf wasn't liking how Alice was disrespecting me. I needed to say something before a fight started between the two siblings.
I walked over to Jack and I was aware of Alice burning holes into my head as she watched my every move.
