Twenty-Four

Jay felt that something was wrong while in Korea. It's only been two days. He was just wrapping his meeting when he go the call. He saw Theresa's contact name but it wasn't her. 

"Jay, it's me Sarah...Theresa's in labor." He heard the panic in her. 

"Are you serious." He grabbed his coat and rushed out the room. "Gray! Let's go." 

Jay pulled out his phone. 

"I need my jet." Jay rushed into the car with Gray. 

"What's going on?" Gray asked. 

"Theresa, she's in labor." Jay breathed. "Fuck." 

"Relax, we'll make it." Gray sighed.

"I'm not having this baby unless Jay is here." Theresa gritted. 

Sweat was dripping from her face. She was holding back. Sarah kept calling Jay and Gray but none of them answered. 

"Theresa, you have to push." Charlene said. 

"Shut the fuck." Theresa looked at Charlene. 

"Fucking push!" Sarah shouted. 

"NO!" Theresa cried. 

Charlene and Sarah both sighed. Charlene looked at her sister. 

"Try again." She said. 

"I tried so many times." Sarah shook her head. "I don't think..." 

"Move." They all looked at the door. 

Jay was stayed in scrubs. He had a surgical mask over his face. Sarah and Charlene laughed but left the room. The doctor was relieved to see that Jay has showed up. Sarah walked out and saw Gray looking around. She smiled and ran to him. He noticed her and caught her in his arms. 

"I missed you." She squealed. 

"It's only been like what..Two days." He laughed. 

"I know, but I still missed you." Sarah sighed and rested her head on his chest. 

They all heard Theresa's loud scream. Charlene flinched and Sarah gasped. Jay walked out and looked at them. Charlene stepped forward. 

"She had twins." Jay said, too calmly. 

"Twins." Sarah and Charlene said in unison. 

Jay nodded his head. 

"Boy and girl." He said. 

"Wow." Gray nodded his head. 

"I wasn't expecting twins." Jay mumbled. 

"The girl could have been hiding behind the boy." Sarah nodded. 

"Yeah, then that means the girl is small." Charlene added in. 

"Jay, I hate you." They all looked towards the door. 

"I love you too babe." Jay walked back into he room.

Once everything calmed down Charlene, Sarah and Gray were good to enter the room. Theresa was sleeping while Jay was standing over his twins. 

"I can't believe that..." Sarah cut him off. 

"Be happy you have a boy and girl so you don't have to anymore kids." She patted his back. 

"I am happy, I'm just in shock right now." He half smiled. 

Sarah looked at the twins. You could tell that they were his. Gray walked up behind Sarah and wrapped his arms around her. 

"One day." He kissed her head. 

Sarah looked up at him, her eyes widen. 

"How are my babies." Theresa yawned. 

Jay turned and smiled.
