I couldn't stop thinking about Ryan. I noticed my mind was so caught up thinking about him that I didn't notice I was lost. I decided to go to the surface and look around.
Nothing was around me. I was scared, alone, and vulnerable. I didn't know what to do. So many questions were running through my head.
How am I supposed to get back? Where do I go what do I do? Am I going to die here? If I do die what will Ryan do if I never come back? Will he think I don't like him?
I didn't know what to do. I was scared and stressed out, so I went back under water. I kept swimming deeper and deeper.
Maybe if I swim deep enough I'll find someone. I thought.
I started to cry. I had nowhere to go. I was alone. I closed my eyes. I thought that would make everything go away.
I was wrong. When I opened my eyes I was still alone.
I looked down and saw a coral reef behind me, so I swam to it. I was really tired and needed a place to rest. Before I lied down, I looked behind me.
Something was following me. I looked like squid ink in the figure of a middle aged man.
"Get away from me!" I yelled.
"I've been waiting along time for this!" It said with a sinister smile on its face.
I started to become weak. My fin felt heavier. It became harder to keep my eyes open.
"You... won't... get... me..." I was gasping for air in between each word.
"Oh yes I will!"
Part of that thing started to rap around my fin swirling up my body. Then, everything went black.
