"You're home!" Charlie said as soon as I opened the door.
She swam to me gave me a huge hug.
"You guys can go now," Isaac whispered to the dolphins.
"Who's this?" Charlie asked me.
"This is Isaac. Where's dad?" I said.
"I'll go get him."
Isaac and I sat down on a couch while we waited for my dad.
Soon enough he got here.
"King Rolland," Isaac said bowing.
"There's no need for that," my dad said.
"Sorry Sir," Isaac responded while getting up.
"What's your name?"
"My name is Isaac."
"Nice to meet you Isaac."
"Dad, I have something really important to tell you," I said.
"What is it, honey?"
"The darkness."
His eyes widened with concern.
"It's okay now. I'm fine. Isaac helped me."
"Thank you so much Isaac! You saved my daughters life!"
"You're welcome," Isaac said.
"Isaac lives alone and I was hoping he could live here," I said. "He did save my life."
"Of course he can!" My dad answered.
"Thank you, dad!"
"Aaron," my dad called.
"What is it, your highness?" He asked.
"Isaac is going to live with us now. Find him a room."
"Okay."
I followed Aaron and Isaac. Isaac's room was down the hall from mine. Isaac walked into his room.
Aaron swam by giving me a smile. He is so hot.
I swam to the entrance to Isaac's room.
"May I come in?" I asked.
"Sure," he replied.
His room was smaller than mine, other than that it was set up the same way as mine. The walls were navy blue. The bedding was gold (the color) with a black outer border and a navy blue inner border. His curtains had black and gold stripes. He didn't have a window seat. I could easily tell that the color scheme was gold, navy blue, and black.
"Do you like your room?" I asked. "If you don't I can have it changed."
"It's perfect," he answered.
I could tell there was something he wasn't happy about.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"Nothing."
"I can tell that something is wrong. Just tell me."
I sat down beside him. Tears were filling his eyes.
"My mom was killed," he said.
"I'm so sorry," I put my arm around him.
"A torpedo hit my village and killed everyone but me. I saw my moms dead body."
Tears were streaming down his face.
"I had a brother. I never found his body. It sound ridiculous, but I still hope he is alive."
"That's not ridiculous. I always hoped that I would have a sister. I recently found out I do."
"I hope you don't mind me asking, but what was your life like before you found out you were a mermaid?"
"Well, I was raised by my grandpa. I was told that both my parents died."
"What else?"
"I live by the beach in North Carolina, America."
"Who were your friends."
"I have two friends. One is Ryan. I met him when I 2. The other is Ella. She moved a year ago though."
"Hurry up! It's time for dinner," Charlie said from the door way.
