Married To The Vampire King (Book 2)

Chapter 1

It's been 6 months since I found out I was having a baby and my stomach is at least twice the size of a human mothers' would be. The baby is due in two weeks and we have the doctor on speed dial incase it comes early. I did some research and found out that some vampire babies are early. I hope it does come early that way I can have my baby wrapped in my arms with Lucas by my side. Lucas and I were painting the nursery and out of nowhere I felt the baby kick. Hard. Lucas looked at me then dropped his paint brush and rushed to my side.

"Are you okay?", he asked.

I took deep breath and gave him a small smile.

"Yeah I'm okay. Just get the doctor in the room. It's coming", I replied.

Lucas picked me up bridal style and then rushed me to our room. He gently laid me on the bed and the doctor came in with a medium sized bag. I took a few deep breaths and about three minutes later I heard crying.

"Congratulations Morgan. It's a girl".

Lucas squeezed my hand a little and I was handed my baby wrapped in a grey blanket.

"Okay she's healthy and everything but there's just one thing you need to remember, she's a full vampire so drinking human food won't fully satisfy her. She needs blood at least three times a day until she's three years old. Then she'll need to feed whenever she gets thirsty", the doctor explained.

Lucas and I both nodded and she left us alone. Amity came in a few minutes later and gave us a smile. She sat next to the bed and looked at her.

"So have you thought of any baby names?', she asked.

"I've been messing around with some girl names. Now that I think about it, she looks like a Melissa to me", I replied.

"Melissa Degage. It's pretty", Lucas said

"I agree", Amity chimed in.

I gave Melissa a small smile and played with her hand a bit. My world is complete and nothing will change that. I hope....

I know that was a short chapter but hey I had to get the book going someway. Anyways updates will be on Saturdays because Mondays I have to much work to do on Mondays. Plus Saturdays are my main free days. Anyways if you see this, comment bubbles. Love you guys <3

Also the cast list is the same except I have some new additions. Jenna Ortega will represent Melissa. A couple people will play parts but I can't tell you who they will be playing in the book.
