Ambrosia, told me about her and Athena, and I was thrilled for the both of them, they both deserved true love, and true happiness, she told me that they were gonna stay together in Olympus, so I had to say my goodbyes to them.

Ambrose, had agreed to come and live with me and Hades on earth, help us, and serve us. But I assured him, that he'd be a friend and equal to the both of us.

Aphrodite, Hephaestus, Dionyus, Ares, and the twins, continued to do what they did best. I considered them great friends.

Hades, had a chat with Poseidon.

"Dear brother, may I speak with you? Regarding our younger brother's fortune that he's left behind?" Hades asked, approaching Poseidon just as he was about to leave.

Poseidon cleared his throat and smiled.

"I'm sure you'll want it? I know how you, loathe The Underworld. Being god of the skies, is what you deserve. Enjoy it."

Hades shook his head.

"But, the problem with that is, I don't want it. I'm going to earth, with Damara. But you? You deserve a reward for all that you've done for her, and for me. I'm giving you, both the seas and the skies." He explained.

"What of The Underworld?"

Poseidon asked cocking his head. Hades shrugged.

"Yours too, if you want it. Athena, will be helping of course. She insisted, since, I did owe her a big debt after all she's done."

Poseidon breathed a laugh. "Why? Why give it all to me? Do I really deserve it? I know I helped Damara, the woman you love, but..I also fell in love with her. None of what I did was for you. You realize this, right brother?" Poseidon explained, a smug look on his face.

Sure, he was nice to me, but when he spoke with anyone else, he remained pompous and a bit rude. Hades understood that. He knew that even after all this time, after everything they'd been through, Poseidon was still his snobby little brother.

Hades rolled his eyes, and let out a deep sigh, as he placed his hand on Poseidon's shoulder, surprising him a bit, he and his brother, rarely had any physical contact that wasn't violent.

Hades smiled softly.

"Dear brother, accept the gift. You've earned it. I truly believe that you've changed for the better. And, you may say that it was for her, but I don't believe that. You changed, because you wanted to be better. She, just made you realized. Enjoy your throne hero."

Hades hugged Poseidon, and just as he pulled away, Poseidon pulled him back in, hugging him as tightly, he closed his eyes and smiled, tearing up a bit, but refusing to let Hades see his emotion anymore than he already had.

In that moment, Poseidon and Hades both, felt was brotherhood truly was, and how great it could be. They didn't feel fear anymore, there was no hate. They were brothers, and they felt love, and family. Something they both needed.

Finally, they pulled away, and looked each other in the eyes.

They shared a lot of similarities, that I'd never noticed.

They both had beautiful, bright, blue eyes, that sparkled when they smiled, and glistened when they cried. Eyes that could tell a story. They were both strong, physically, and mentally, they were both broken once. And now, they were both whole.

"I love you brother, take care of our girl please." Poseidon smiled.

Hades chuckled. "I will brother. I love you too."

And me and Hades went home.

I never stop thinking about how important both Poseidon and Hades were to me.

Ruler of the sea, he was misunderstood, he was broken. He didn't know who he was anymore. He was a poor soul, just trying to find someone to fix him. He was kind. He was a god. His name was Poseidon. And he was my best friend.

I miss him.

Hades, he was my storm. I was his sun. He showed me how to be strong, and I showed him how to be happy. He was the someone, I'd waited years for. My soulmate.

And, that brings me to now.

I'm Damara Devereaux. And, here I am, sitting at my desk, writing in a journal, about what I've went through, a story that no one would believe, while Hades, and his dog Cerberus, were asleep in bed.

The sky is dark, and the rest of the neighborhood is dreaming, while I reminisce. I'm thankful for the gods. I thought all that was over, that the only god I'd speak to was Hades, and the only nymph I'd know was Ambrose.

Yes, I thought it was over. Until I saw the positive pregnancy test.

Then I knew, it'd just began.
