X POV
I walked into the room as I went to check on Lola and she hasn't done anything in the past two months since her dad died. It crushed me to see her like that and I wanted to make her feel better but I can't. "Lola, you okay?" I said as I sat next to her. She didn't say anything and it was like she was stuck in a trance. "Lola talk to me. Please." I said as I grabbed her hand. "What is there to talk about?" She said as I looked at her. "I don't know. Tell me what's wrong, something, anything." Is aid as I bent down in front of her. "I'm angry! That's what's wrong with me, Jahseh. They took my dad from me and almost took my brother. My father's dead and no one can't do a damn thing about it! I can't do a damn thing about it and it breaks my heart to see my child cry for her grandpa knowing that he isn't coming to pick her up or sing her to sleep!!" She said as tears hit the sheets and her crying hard. I grabbed her and placed her in my lap as her tears soaked into my skin. "Listen to me, i feel your pain right now baby. It hurts me to see both of you like this and whoever did this is gonna get theirs. I promise you that." I said as I wiped her tears away and let her lay her head on my shoulder. "I just want him back." She said as she whispered. "I know you do." I said as I felt her falling asleep for the first time in two months. I placed the covers over her and closed the door as I seen Rubi holding Harley and crying at the same time. "You okay?" I said as she wiped her face quickly. "Yeah, I'm fine." "No your not. You were just crying. Talk to me." "I just can't believe he's gone. It's like my entire heart just disappeared." She said as a tear fell. "Listen, its gonna be okay. The niggas who caused this is gonna pay." I said as she smiled. "I guess so. How's Lola?" "She's asleep." "Finally, she needed it." She said as I agreed. "How are you princess?" I said as Harley smiled a little bit. "She feels the same way." Rubi said as I nodded. "Come on princess. We are going to my moms house." I said as I took her to her room to get her stuff.
