Kevin, please call me Ms. Simmons.

For all the people who didn’t get my text yesterday or don’t follow the latest news don’t worry, I made thousands of copies of Jen and Patrick making out and posted it all over the school and I mean you can’t go anywhere without seeing the siblings making out. And I just walked the hallways like I rule this motherfucking place but these losers don’t even realize it.

I didn’t have any classes with Jen in the morning so I couldn’t see her angry face.

The day was going well and news was buzzing about our new hot couple. I was in fourth period listening to music to block out the teacher’s voice. Does she really think I care about whatever the crap she’s talking about?

Jen was in this class but she wasn’t here at the moment. I wonder if she went home from the humiliation.

The intercom beeped and the principle’s voice boomed through it. “Jacquelina Simmons please report to the office.”

The current song I was listening to ended so I was able to listen to his announcement.

I groaned loudly picking up my schoolbag and walked out the classroom.

I really don’t have time for another detention even if throwing more papers at Mrs. Patterson does sound tempting right now.

I made my way to the principles office greeting his secretary.

“Principle Fielder is waiting for you.” She informed me.

I nodded making my way to the wooden door marked ‘Principle Fielder ”. Without bothering to knock, I flanged the door open and saw that principle Fielder was in the middle of talking to Jen who was all teary eyes and stuff.

Oh Great.

“Sit down Jacquelina.” He pointed to the chair next to Jen.

“Kevin, please call me Ms. Simmons.” I joked and he glared at me probably because I called him by his first name.

And then Jen started crying hysterical beside me and I had the urge to yank her by the hair and tell her to shut the fuck up. But I didn’t because I knew there would be some consequences.

“Did you have anything to do with this?” He asked holding up one of the paper of Jen and her brother committing incense. I stifled a laugh.

“Me?!” I gasped dramatically. “I would never.”

“Really?” He asked skeptically. “Patrick told me you were at his party yesterday and several students said you sent them the picture.”

“Fine. I will admit that I was at the party but I lost my phone at his party so I couldn’t have taken the picture. I have no idea who took the picture with my phone or who put those pictures all over school. But whoever did it, I applause them.” I gave him my best fake serious look.

“Why do I have the feeling you are lying?”

“Because you have an awesome super power that tells you when people are lying.” I said sarcastically.

He narrowed his eyes at me and I gave him an innocent smile. “Fine since we don’t know who is behind this, you will be in detention until we find who did it.”

“What?!” I exclaimed getting up from my chair. “You can’t do that! I’m suing.”

“Calm down Jacquelina.” The principle said trying to calm me down. “It’s only for a short time.”

“I don’t give a fuck, I’m not going.” I ran out his office before he could say anything else.

I’m so mad that I could spit. God, who did he think he was accusing me for something I did? Some people have nerves. He shouldn’t accuse me even if I did it.

“Jacquelina wait!” Someone yelled behind me and I turned around to see Jen running after me.

When she stopped in front me, I groaned loudly. “What do you want bitch?” I asked rudely folding my arm across my chest and tapping my foot impatiently.

“I just want to tell you that I know you’re behind this and I will get my revenge on you.”

“Ooh, I’m shaking.” I said sarcastically rolling my eyes.

“Just watch your back.” She hissed.

Just then two girls who looked like sophomores walked by us and they stopped and one of them pointed at Jen and they both started laughing and then walked away.

Jen started blushing and when our eyes locked, she glared at me and I smirked back.

“Good luck with that.” I laughed and I walked away from her.

There was a good 30 minutes left of fourth period but I didn’t see the point in going back to Algebra and sit there to listen to that annoying teacher so I made my way to the library.

I knew it was study hall time for some people and I wanted to annoy some nerds and the popular people.

School ended few hours later and I went to search for Jasmine while me and Josh started walking towards my locker.

I decided to text her instead of looking everywhere for her.

Me: Wher r u?

She texted in less than a minute.

Jas: At your locker

Me: Okay walking ther rite now w. Josh.

We reached my locker two minutes later and like she said, Jas was leaning against my locker.

We waved at each other.

“Did you get in trouble?” She asked and I raised my eyebrows towards her, not knowing what she was talking about. “I heard the principle called you in his office this morning.”

Realization of what she’s talking about hits me. “Oh,” I said. “Not really because I lied myself out of it pissing Jen off.” I shrugged.

She laughed hitting her knuckle against mines. “You are an evil genius.” She stated.

“Duh.” I replied and we all chuckled.

We all walked out the school and headed towards my car.  Before we reached my car, I reached into my schoolbag and searched for my keys.

I finally found it a minute later when we reached my car.

Both Josh and Jas froze and their eyes widen and so did their mouths. I looked curiously at them and then curiously at what they were staring at.

I then froze too when I saw the sight before me. OH HELL NO. My car—my precious car that I saved months for to buy now has paint splattered all over it like someone took a paint gun and started shooting it at my car.

I held back a scream.

When I heard snickering behind me, all of us turned around and saw Jen and her minions behind us laughing at the scene.

I wanted to cry but I didn’t want people especially Jen to see me cry. The only people who saw me cry were Jas when I fell off the monkey bars when I was five and landed on my arm and mom when I was seven at grandma’s funeral.

I didn’t say or do anything but instead I got in my car and motioned for Jas and Josh to get in the car. They obeyed and as soon as Josh closed the passenger’s door, I quickly drove off.

“Are you—” Josh started to say but I hold up my hands signaling for him to shut up and he quickly closed his mouth.

When we were far away from the school, I stopped the car ignoring the beeping behind me and just let out a big scream that could be heard in China.
