days, weeks, honestly i lost track, time is meaningless here. i looked up at the blood stained wall in front of me, that is more brown than anything. i sighed waiting, order was trying something new. as if making me wait for the enevitable pain would caues me to crack. so i sat waiting they had broken both my legs and wings, making it so i couldnt get away after they unlocked the chains. i was too weak to use my powers to get away, so i sat there day dreaming when i heard it. the sound was very faint, it was almost like screaming. god do i wish i knew what was going on. the sound be came louder and louder than before with each passing minute, or is it hour? i looked up when the explosions started, they rocked the building i was in. many more explosions and screams followed as something powerfull entered the field. i couldnt pin point who or what it was. i growled frustratedly, i hated all this. i didnt know what was going till the wall to my room exploded. coughing i waved my hand in atempt to rid my face of the dust that surrounded it. "we found her." i looked up in shock, i knew that voice it was friendly. i couldnt make out all his features due to the mask and cloak. the mask and cloak, they looked familier almost as if...... "l-luke?" i croaked out holding my throat. i heard a slight chuckle "hey princess" i smiled i would have cried if i had tears. i watched as luke walked over to me muttering "what did they do to you?" all i could do was lift my arms signaling i needed him to carry me. i could practically hear his teeth grinding against one another when he saw the state of my legs and wings. "how is she?" a voice called worriedly. i looked at luke questioningly, he smiled softly. "prophet tell omega i have alpha we can retreat to the camp." luke called out "copy that beta!" i smiled warmly i was going home, they came for me. "wheres percy?" i asked as best i could. "hes fighting order, we were able to slip by during the battle. our orders were to find you and escape as fast as possible." luke said carrying me out into the dying daylight. i clung to luke as best i could as he ran through the enemies. i reajusted myself so he could fight whilst he held me. soon enouh i was handed off to the others, sileana and zoe instantly started trying to heal my wounds, i had to bite my lip when they rebroke my legs and set them. "we cant do her wings here, we need to get back to camp." sileana said zoe nodded in comfermation. i looked around at everyone, they were all covered in blood, sweat, dirt, and monster dust. i wanted to cry so badly, they seemed to notice and bianca came over and hugged me. "its alright your safe now." she handed me some water which i downed very quickly. luke picked me up again prepping for flight when a voice stopped us. "wheres alpha? wheres my sister." i looked over lukes shoulder and caught a glimpse of my little brother. he was the worst looking out of all of them, he had so many wounds i didnt know how he was still awake. "percy." i said atempting to get his attention. he must have heard me cause he looked right at me, i could practically see the smile and the tears on his face. "thorn!" he launched himself at me pulling me out of lukes arms and sobbed into my shoulder. i held him back just as tightly, "i swear to dad i will never ever let you suffer again." i heard him whisper. "im fine perce your here im safe thats all that matters." i said i heard him chuckle and with one last hug he handed me back to luke. "alright lets go we dont have alot of time before order wakes" percy said flying up into the sky. soon luke and i followed the others. percy flew closest to us as if to make sure i was truely there. i smiled at him trying to reassure him i was going nowhere. but my world turned upside down once again. i watched horrified as a beam of light the size of my palm pierced through percy's chest. his smile turned hoorifed as he held his chest as he fell from the sky. i watched as my little brother, my best friend, fell and smashed against the mountain side. i was screaming and crying when it all went white. i heard one voice and one voice alone after a time.
