Chapter 2: The meetup

Beep, Beep, Beep

I turned over to press snooze on my alarm clock when I realized today was the big day. The day I might get to meet Cameron Dallas.

As I hopped out of bed, I went over to my dresser and grabbed my plain pink bailing suit. I walked to my bathroom and put it on. As I was trying to figure out what to do with my hair I got a text message from Kassidy.

"Hey girl! How's it going! Are you up and getting ready?"

"Yup, I'm up! Fixing my hair right now. Text you when I'm finished and ready to leave!"

"Okie dokie. See you soon."

I threw my hair up in a messy bun, and put in some small diamond earrings. I went back to my dresser and got some jean shorts and threw them on. Then I found a blue and white striped tank top and slid that over the top of my bailing suit. I found my blue sandals and put them on.

I was ready to leave so I called Kassidy.

"Hey Lex", Kassidy said

"Hey! I'm ready to go, meet you at the beach, see you in a few."

"Alright. See you in a few minutes."

I hung up and slipped my phone in my back pocket. The beach was only about 10 minutes away from my house so I decided to walk.

I headed out the door and begin to walk.

10 minutes later I arrived at the beach. I walked a little further and then I seen Kassidy.

"Hey!" She shouted

"Hey!"

"Are you ready to get our tan on?" She said while giggling a little.

"Oh you know it!"

We walked closer to the water and sat in some lawn chairs that were sitting out available for anyone who wanted to use one.

After about 10 minutes passed I looked over to Kassidy and told her I was thirsty. She said she was too.

We walked to a nearby restaurant and sat down at a table.

"This strawberry smoothie is great" I said pointing to it.

"I know, its amazing!"

After we finished our smoothies we headed to the door, I dropped my sunglasses and as I bent down to pick them up Kassidy tripped over my arm.

I felt someone touch my hand and when I looked up I realized it was not just a stranger it was Cameron Dallas!

"Thank you, for uhm, picking these up for me."

"It's no biggie" he smiled and handed me my sunglasses

After a moment of awkward silence he spoke up and said "Well I hope to see you around."

"I smiled and said "Yeah I hope to see you around too."

He smiled back and walked over to a table and sat down with the Magcon Crew.
