Chapter 9: Beautiful

"Should I wear this?" I said pointing to my light blue dress

"It's perfect!" she said smiling

I ran to the bathroom and slipped it on. I then wanded my hair and slipped in a blue flower clip.

I walked out of the bathroom and begin packing my bag.

Ring. Ring. Ring

"Hello" I picked up the phone

"Are you guys ready?" Cameron said

"Yup. Were on our way right now."

"See you in a minute, love you."

Wait, wait. He loves me. My heart stopped and I couldn't stop smiling.

"I love you too."

"Good" he said

Let's go Kassidy!

"Hey guys" Hayes said smiling

"Hey" Kassidy said while giving him a kiss on the cheek

"What's up babe?" Cameron said while kissing me

"Nothing much" I said giggling

We walked over to a blanket that was laid out on the ground.

"Wow, it's so beautiful here." I said looking around

"It really is." Cameron said

I reached over to grab a piece of watermelon when I heard Cameron say "Smack Cam" then I felt something run down my face.

"Cameron!" I said

He laughed and said...

"Sorry Babe."

"I'm mad at you!" I said while getting up

"No you aren't" he said smiling

He begin to get up then he walked over to me.

I threw a piece of watermelon on him and he said...

"Oh, I'm going to get you!"

"Your going to try!" I said laughing

I took off and ran to the slide.

"You better run!" he said while chasing me down the slide

He caught me and then I heard someone say my name. I turned around to see one of my good friends, Electa and her boyfriend Nash.

"Hey Alexis! What are you guys doing here?" Electa said

"Hey! And were here with Kassidy and Hayes. Were having a picnic. Do you two wanna join?"

"Yes! We'd love to!" Nash said smiling

Me, Cameron, Electa and Nash walked back to the picnic blanket. When we got there I seen Hayes and Kassidy, it seemed like they were about to kiss but then Nash said...

"Hey you two. What's happening here?"

Hayes turned around looking embarrassed and said...

"Nothing, were just hanging out.

Wait why are you here?"

"Me and Electa decided to take a walk since it was such a nice day, then we ran into Alexis and Cameron, and they invited us to the picnic."

"Oh okay!" Hayes said smiling

We all sat down and begin to finish the picnic when I seen Micah and Brent. They were both close friends of mine. I hooked them up. They should thank me, just kidding, but they are a perfect couple.

"Micah!" I yelled while waving my hand in the air so she could see me

Her and Brent begin walking over to where we were sitting.

"Hey guys!" Brent said

"What are you guys up to?" Micah said looking around

"Were just having a picnic! Wanna join?" Kassidy said smiling at them both

"Sure!" They both said and sat down

We finished the picnic and decided what we were going to do next.

"Maybe we could go get some ice-cream at the new ice-cream parlor." Micah said

"Ooh! That sounds good!" Electa said smiling

"Are you all in for some ice-cream?" I said looking around at them

"Obviously!" Cameron said

We headed out to the ice-cream parlor.

When we got there we sat down at a booth and ordered some ice-cream.

"What can I get for you today?" The waiter asked us

We all ordered, and the waiter soon came back with our smoothies and our ice-cream.

"I had such a fun day today!" Kassidy said looking at me and Cameron

"Same here! Lets all meet up again!" Cameron said looking at us

"Do you guys wanna go to Magcon with us?" Hayes said

"That would be so fun! I'll ask when I get home. Well were going to head out! Talk to you guys later!" Micah said

Her and Brent left then soon after Electa and Nash left.

Me, Cameron, Hayes and Kassidy headed home. The boys walked us to our houses and said there goodbyes.

"Bye Cameron, I'm going to miss you."

"Babe, I'll see you tomorrow."

"I know, but it seems so long away."

"I know but I love you." He said as he kissed me on the lips

Today was perfect.
