"You ready?" Kylie asked me as we sat in Chris' drive way, rubbing my leg as I sat in the back seat.

I slowly nodded. "I guess so. I feel like something is gonna pop off but I just don't wanna assume and hope for the worst."

"Lex, just so you know, if anything pops off or you and that Nia chick start arguing, Ima be the first person to pull out my phone to record." Mike chimed in, turning around to face me.

I laughed, shaking my head. "I'll hold you to that." He smirked, saluting me.

I took a deep breath before opening the car door after I grabbed the presents I brought with me. I walked towards the doorstep with Kylie and T following behind me. I knocked and waited for someone to open it.

After a few seconds, the door swung open and smiling Nia stood in front of me. "Awe, lookwho finally made it." She said, still smiling.

"Ms.Bouijee, and Ms.Bouijee's peeps." She said with a smirk.

I held my tongue and plastered a fake smile on my face. "Congratulations." I said.

Kylie and Tyga congratulated her and we walked away. I put my gifts on the gift table and so did Kylie & T.

"Wow." Kylie said looking around.

"Chris really outdid himself. Everything looks so nice." She said, admiring the pink and silver decorations. Pink and white balloons covered every spot of the ceiling.

I slowly nodded. "Yeah." I said lowly.

"Did you see Chris anywhere when we came in?" I asked Kylie looking around. She shook her head.

"No, not yet. But I'll come get you if I do see him."

I nodded and went to speak to a few people I knew. I noticed Mama J sitting down, eating.

I approached her all smiles. "Mama J." I said. She looked up and a big smile appeared on her face, showcasing her dimples.

"Lexi!, Oh my gosh, how have you been, honey?" She pulled me in for a tight hug, rubbing my back.

"I've been alright , can't complain. What about yourself?"

"I'm breathing so I can't complain either. You look so beautiful." She said with a smile, admiring my black sleeveless fitted dress.

"Thank you, Mama, so do you. You don't look a day over 30." I said with a giggle, causing her to chuckle.

"I'm just trying to keep up with you." She joked. I laughed.

"Well, Mama J, it was good seeing you. I'm gonna let you get back to enjoying your food and talk to you in a few."

She nodded her head and we hugged again.

After having small talk with other people, I made my way to the food table, looking for something to snack on.

"Hmm.." I said, thinking. I then picked up the soft sugar cookies with icing on top and began stuffing my face, making sure no one was watching.

"Damn, girl. You that hungry?" I heard a familiar voice say behind me with a chuckle.

I quickly turned around and there stood Chris. "Thanks for coming," He said.
