Isabella was walking from work to her house. She had on a camouflage polo, a gold choker, a gold chain, her gold Rollie, a pair of black mock rubber joggers, and of course a hat. A white Last_Mann merch hat. Isabella was walking along, and a cute boy* was sitting on a bench in the park she cut through to get home quicker.

*depicted above.

They'd always seen each other, had a little crush on each other, and had been tantalized by their friends to say something. Isabella slowed down her walking, meanwhile the boy stood up. she put her hair to the side on her shoulder. While not paying attention, she tripped over a root a few away from the sidewalk. She'd been good to watch the root every time she cut through, but her flirt caused her to catch it off guard.

The boy jolted from his wimpy stance to help her.

"Are you alright?!!" he asked with an accent. The boy had a Spanish accent, he sounded like the Martinez twins.

Isabella POV

"I think so, but I can't feel my shin." I managed to say. He was so hot. His smile was so pretty, lips so juicy, and such a charming set of eyes and eyebrows. He grabbed my waist and helped me to the bench. The boy had strength and the veins were to die for.

"Mi name es Kristopher." he said.

"I'm Isabella. Nice to meet you."

Kristopher rolled up Isabella's joggers, awkwardly stroking her leg.

"Doesn't look to bad. You'll probably just have a bruise. But it would hurt you a lot if you walked on it alone, so I can help you home if you want." Kristopher offered.

"Thanks."

Kristopher helped Isabella up off the bench, putting her arm around his neck, and his hand on her waist. Isabella held his forearm for balance, while she hopped on her other leg.

"So, where are we headed?" Kristopher asked.

"Just to my house. It's about a block away, but a short one."

"Nice. Do you come to the park often?"

"Yes and no. I mean, sometimes I'll come here by myself to people watch 'er feed the ducks er just chill and listen to music. Or I might come here with my friend Lucy and chill or run the track. You come here often?"

"On the weekends. I usually just will sit and draw, but if not the weekend, whenever I'm free. I don't go out and experience people often, but I'll be here and make a couple acquaintances."

"Are you new to this country?"

"Yeah. I just moved here from Catalina about a year ago. But my brothers and my grandmother are still in Rio."

"Oh that's cool. So you have family from all around?"

"Yeah. My mother is from Rio; my dad was from Catalina; all my siblings were born in Rio, but I was born in Catalina. Since my mom couldn't afford the rent in Rio, we moved back home to Catalina."

Isabella POV

I didn't pay attention to a word he said. I only watched his Adam's apple bob up and down his throat as he talked. I pay so little attention, that I ended up holding his hand like we were a couple. Kristopher didn't seem to mind either. He just kept walking and talking, telling about his family. And the floor shifted to where my family was from. And I rambled on and on, guiding him to my house. We honestly ended up strolling to my house and didn't get there until 6:30ish.

"I'll help you up." he said.

I said sure, not paying any attention what so ever until I was swept off my feet. Kristopher carried me bridal style my door. I grabbed my key from around my neck as we paraded up the steps. He put me down gently so I could open the door.

"Come on in." I said. Kristopher walked in admiring my house. It was old, but new. Like all Victorian style design, but new materials. Except for the floors. I just had them reinforced and laminated.

"You have very, very, nice house. I remember this house from Catalina. It had a couple frescos on the roof, white marble floors, aqua blue walls all throughout, and this one weird room that had rojo curtains all over. And the backyard and greenspaces were so vast and beautiful. Unlike anything you'll ever see. We had a big backyard. I remember it stretching at least a quarter mile from the house, until you got to this lake. It was a private lake only because there weren't any other houses around us."

Like the little kid I was, I asked "Did you have anyone to play with?"

"Oh yeah. Plenty of little girls and boys to play with. Actually one of my friends from Catalina is finishing moving here."

"Nice. I don't have too many friends from LA, but a couple. My friend Lucy, she's originally from Utah, but she just moved here a couple years back. And my other home girl Nickita* was here when I got here so. But yeah. Plus my best sis Megan*."

"Yeah." Kris said, looking at the floor.

"Uh... you want anything to eat or drink? Something I can do for ya?"

"Any apple juice?"

"Yeah. In the fridge. It's just a bottle I never opened. So."

"Gracias."

Isabella and Kristopher sat talking for hours. Well, at least until 11 pm.

"Thanks for having me over." Kristopher said, eyes glassy.

"Thanks for walking me home."

"De nada."

Isabella turned as he walked home in the rain. His black trench coat flowing behind him.
