There's nothing like an awkward, silent ride home to remind Arthur how weird everything was. How in the hell could he explain what he did? In hindsight there isn't any way to do so without him looking insane.

Bad enough an entire carnival got cancelled before it even began, and now Arthur had to deal with another problem. He stared out of the window of Tommy's car eagerly waiting to get home and hopefully lock himself in his room.

As crazy as it sounds Arthur managed to keep his cool throughout this entire situation so far. Normally, he would be freaking out, stuttering non-stop, and possibly speaking so fast that it made it impossible to understand what he understand him. Hence again his very damning nickname of Jacob Two Two.

A few minutes later they arrived at home, got out of Tommy's car, and went into the house without a word being spoken amongst them. Arthur quickly ran up the stairs, without using his powers, and shut the door behind him.

He sat on his bed waiting for the inevitable talk about what happened but prayed that his brothers would drop the whole thing. It's never that simple.

Without knocking or asking to come in, Tommy, James, Henry, and Oliver walked up the steps into Arthur's room and stood in front of the youngest brother. He knew they were all waiting for him to start talking, to explain, to do...something, but nothing came to Arthur's mind.

James broke the silence with his impatience, "So are you some kind of freak Arthur?"

"Very subtle James," Henry replied wanting to smack some sense into him but restrained himself. Though he had to admit he wanted to get answers just as bad as James did. "What exactly did you do man, like, how did you do lift that ferris wheel? It should have killed you and James."

Arthur's continued silence made James more anxious than he already was, but did his best to control himself. Normally Arthur would have said all that needed to be said about a given situation, though this time it wouldn't be so simple and easy to explain things.

Pretty much everything that happened to Arthur there seemed to be a reason for it all, but this time it's different.

In a world where people were too ordinary beyond belief, Arthur shattered that theory and is now something more than what is the norm. Now he was this abnormal anti-social teenage sitting in his room trying to figure it all out.

"What I'm about tell you guys may sound like I'm bullshitting you but I'm not," Arthur said in a low voice. "It started when I witnessed a murder..."

Collecting all the thoughts in his head he told them everything he knew. Even if they didn't believe his story at least Arthur could feel satisfied in knowing he told the truth. Just like before in the car, an awkward silence filled the room as Arthur finished talking to his brothers.

"How...explain to me how this is possible Arthur," Tommy asked feeling taken for a ride. He knew his brother was incapable of lying but sometimes every one does something out of character, and he knew that better than anyone.

"I told you all I know I," Arthur replied calmly. "This shouldn't be possible we all know that, but yet here I am living proof that maybe there is something out there beyond our own understanding."

It made sense to Arthur. Many things were considered impossible until someone came along to discover it. What if this was just another one of those instances?

"Who care what he is or if its possible," Oliver interjected amazement in his voice. "Whatever Arthur can or can't do we should figure it all out together."

Not the typical way to spend time with the family, but Arthur seemed just as interested as they were about what he could do. There was one problem.
