The next day I caught a train at noon to go into London. I spent the time before seven o'clock shopping and vlogging. I hadn't put up a new video in forever because of everything that had been happening, and vlogs were quite easy for me to edit, so I thought I might as well.

As the hours ticked closer and closer to seven, my heart started to flutter and flutter even more. I couldn't wait to see Alfie. Everytime I thought about that thought I had to hope for the worst. I wasn't even sure if Alfie was going to be there or not. Louise had never said anything about Alfie being there.

As quickly as my mind went to the worst possible way things were going to happen they went to the best. Alfie was there and he confessed his love for me and we got married. Well, maybe not the last part, but a girl could always dream.

At ten minutes to seven I started walking over to the park. It was a nice day at the beginning of September and the park was filled with people. I walked around its perimeter trying to find Louise. It didn't take me long; she found me first.

"Zoe, come here!" she said cheerifully pulling me over to a shaded area by a tree.

"Hi Louise!" I said following her and sitting in the grass under the large tree.

Louise sat down next to me and immeadiately launched into a conversation about Matt and Darcy. I listened attentively, or as attentively as I could. I couldn't top thinking about Alfie and the fact that he wasn't here.

After Louise finished her story, she was about to launch into another one but I cut her off. "Louise, why exactly did you want to meet me here? Is Alfie coming or something?" As soon as I asked it, Louise stood up and so did I to see what she was doing.

"See for yourself," she said looking off into the distance. I turned so that I was looking down the grass and spotted Alfie right away in the shade. The sun was setting and I could feel it burning down upon my neck as I looked at Alfie.

His eyes were gorgeous in the fading lights; each step he took closer and closer to me made my heart leap even more.

"Alfie," I murmured when he was close enough to hear me.

"Zoe, I have to talk to you," he said in a smooth voice leading me away from Louise and down to a bench.

I couldn't wait to hear what he had to say to me.
