when you can feel the pressure of it

squeezing your mind
then you can hear it
the static speaks my name
and yet i cant understand a word it says to me
it gives me headaches
it makes me tired

cant breathe
properly
like its got a chokehold on my brain
but i
cant
scream
and i can only sit there

until something makes a noise
which i cling to
sound chases it away

but not
for
long
because once the sound is gone its back
back
scratching at your head like steel wool on flesh
pressure

builds up
and you cant think

about anything but
"get it out"

be careful
or it could drive you insane

-when
-why
you say
this
-them
-then
-that
but the static says
nothing
nothing.
nothing it says

but everything
everything at once.
you ask for advice but all i can say
is dont listen to the static
