A few days' pass, scene changes, Sandra and Mr. Saviour are in a restaurant

Sandra: Well, this is lovely

Mr. Saviour: It's lovely because you're here

Sandra: Oh, stop it!

They both giggle

Mr. Saviour: So, how've you been?

Sandra: Stressed, keeping up with bill payments and mortgages and... taking care of Dean

Mr. Saviour: Is he alright? After that incident at school and with the doctor-

Sandra: He's fine. It's just sometimes he needs a little rest at home you know?

Mr. Saviour: Why did Dean act the way he acted with the doctor?

Sandra: To be honest I don't know, it's as if he saw someone he absolutely despises and started shouting and screaming at this seemingly innocent doctor

Mr. Saviour: You sure he wasn't hallucinating?

Sandra: I don't know, Dean can just simply change his behaviour from one extreme to the next. Sometimes I wish none of this would happen

Mr. Saviour: What? Not meeting me?

Sandra: Oh no, no, no. You're a wonderful person to talk to, it's just I wish Dean would never have the problems he's having

Mr. Saviour: And him not dwindling you down with him

Sandra: Don't say that. You would be the same if your kids were the same

They stop for a while

Mr. Saviour: Does Dean like me?

Sandra: Of course, he does

Mr. Saviour: Don't lie Sandra

She thinks

Sandra: He just thinks that I am seeing you for the money and that I don't love Alex anymore

Mr. Saviour: Are you?

Sandra: Am I what?

Mr. Saviour: Seeing me just for the money?

Sandra: Oh, for God's sake, of course not! Why would you say something like that?

Mr. Saviour: I don't know, it's just after my first marriage, I can't really trust the people around me as much

Sandra: But you trust me, don't you?

They hold hands

Mr. Saviour: I trust you more than anyone

Sandra: And I do too

They kiss

Mr. Saviour: Well kissing in a restaurant, that's new for me

Sandra laughs

Sandra: Same

They both giggle. They stop for a while, Mr. Saviour thinks about something

Mr. Saviour: Have you thought about it?

Sandra: About what?

Mr. Saviour: The... transferral

Sandra: A little...

Mr. Saviour: I think it would be for the best-

Sandra: I can't do that! I love him too much, it would be cruel for a mother to do that to her own son

Mr. Saviour: I know you love him Sandra, and I know deep down Dean loves you too. But it might be for the best, for both of you

Sandra: I... I don't think I'll be able to do something like that

Mr. Saviour: I know it must be hard for you. Losing Alex and now possibly Dean but whatever choice you make Sandra, just remember that I will be beside you every step of the way, no matter what happens

Sandra: Thank you
