I walked up to my mum nervously, though I don't know why I was scared mum always said 'that if I ever needed relationship advice she was the one to go to' so that's exactly what I found myself doing, going to my mum for relationship advice. "Mum, erm you know how you said to come to you if I needed 'advice' I choked out clearly embarrassed about the current situation, "yes son I do remember, now let me guess, is it... Fiona?" I nodded sheepishly "Well what do you want to know or do about her?" "Ask her out," I responded my face nearly as red as my blood my mum nodded, "I asked her to meet me at the pier near the beach tomorrow night" I added hurriedly. "Ask her then," my mum pointed out obviously "you sure," I asked making sure I wouldn't mess up at all. I ran upstairs after we had finished making sure to get up early tomorrow. The next day finally came around and I jumped out of my bed spooked at the sound of my alarm clock going off. I grinned today was going to be a glorious day. Opening my curtains expecting to see the sun shining brightly I groaned it was raining. Quickly changing into some clothes I chucked my favourite yellow beanie over my messy curls, then wandering downstairs I saw that both of my parents were already dressed and were just heading out the door obviously not waiting to say morning to me. I pouted, grabbing a piece of toast shoved it inside my hungry mouth. Grabbing my phone I plugged my headphones in and starting my way to the school bus stop, apparently, my music was so loud that as I stepped onto the bus I didn't hear Enoch yell my name until he grumbled "Oye I 'ave been callin' your name for ages Apiston." "Sorry," I replied guiltily "Ya better be, anyway I 'eard ya 'ave a crush on a girl called Fiona," he smirked, "Anyway I need ter borra your 'omework." "Why?" I asked as the two of us sat down on the seats "Olive asked me ter 'elp and I ain't done it so ya gonna let me 'ave or not." I eventually gave up and let him borrow it, soon Fiona and Olive arrived and the four of us started chatting.

(Time Skip to after school)

Smiling I grabbed my stuff as the school bell rung loudly rushing off to meet Fiona, I spotted her talking to Emma and Olive walking over to her I covered her eyes "guess who," I asked in a funny voice, "hmm I don't know, maybe Donald trump" giggling she replied sarcastically I took my hands off leaving behind her warm body, "nope just you." Laughing, the four of us hopped on the busy bus "Fi, do you want me to pick you up around six?" I asked sitting down next to her "yeah sure," I smiled at her, hoping everything would go well tonight.
Hopping off the bus I yelled a quick thanks to the bus driver before racing home. I had it all planned out and everything was going to be brilliant, hopefully.

(Time skip to 6)

Glancing at my watch I realised that if I wanted everything to be perfect then I was going to have to go now. "Good luck," I heard my mum whisper as I reached to grab my coat ready to head out the door. The lump forming in my throat stopped me from saying anything as I walked up to the small bungalow, knocking twice I stepped back waiting for my 'best friend' it had been a couple of minutes and she hadn't answered. I was just about to give up when I heard someone scream.
It was Fiona.

Wow another chapter done, tbh I am so proud of this book and how well it's done. Hopefully, you guys enjoy reading my chapters as much as I love writing them. I am not done writing though so don't worry 😊
