The scent of blueberry pancakes awoke me from my deep sleep, I then forced myself to get out of my comfortable cosy bed and through to my freezing cold bathroom. I stared at my reflection for a while, still not fully awake. Then eventually yawned before taking my comb and combing my messy hair until it was in a presentable state, once that was done I ran myself a short warm shower. Enjoying the soapy warm water drizzling down my face "Hugh, darling get ready for school, also don't forget you have Horticulture Club today." I heard my mother call. I instantly felt my face brighten, of course, how could I have been so careless, I loved Horticulture Club because it meant that she would be there. I packed my bag and crammed a pancake into my hungry mouth then proceeded out the door not managing to wait another second to get to the school bus. As I was walking to the bus stop I heard someone calling my name, "Hey Millard," I said not bothering to turn around knowing his voice far too well. "Have you done your homework yet?" Millard asked, to which I replied with a simple "yes." It wasn't even the second week of school and I was already struggling with homework. I hopped onto the empty school bus and took my usual seat at the back next to Millard and started talking about the news of Donald Trump (aka the annoying talking orange) becoming president. I was rage ranting so much I didn't even notice her get onto the bus until I saw the familiar long wild auburn hair two seats in front. When we arrived at the school I was so distracted with trying to find her that I didn't hear the school bell until Millard grabbed my arm and dragged me to class. The first class was science and that class was a drag so I didn't really pay any attention to what Mr Brian was saying. When the relieving school bell went off, signalling that it was next class which happened to be gym class. I was walking towards the hall when I bumped into someone I had been looking for the entire morning. She looked up from behind her long auburn hair, that hid her bright green eyes, and quietly said she was very sorry before running off in the opposite direction of the gym hall.

Don't really know what I was doing but okay will try and update soon xx
