Angela, like Captain Jack and Heathcliff, woke in an empty cave, surrounded by an atmosphere of solitude.
She called out for someone desperately, but there was no answer.
Until -
Until, there was a loud wheezing sound, similar to that of the TARDIS, and the Rani appeared from thin air.
"You!" Angela hissed.
"'Tis me," the Rani sang.
"The one who killed Marla!"
"Yeah, yeah, get over it. I know how much you envied her. Anyways, seen as I have left the Doctor to wither and die, I've decided to kill you myself rather than get one of my slaves to do it."
Angela realised she was holding her bow, so she lifted it up, equipped it with an arrow and made a shot at the Rani.
It missed, by a longshot, and the Rani laughed.
Angela tried for another arrow, only to find her quiver was now empty.
She cursed to herself.
The Rani just laughed cruelly.
Angela unstrapped her bow and put it down for the last time.
And as soon as she did, the Rani sprinted towards it and plucked it off the ground. Before Angela could do anything, the Rani leaped toward the arrow that had fallen flat and stuck it in the bow.
She spun on her heels and aimed the bow directly at Angela's heart.
"Any last words?" the Rani smirked, readying the bow to shoot.
