Chapter 14 (Danielle’s POV)
I ran as fast as I could to get to the car and when I finally reached it I felt relieved. The sirens were going, so I was worried that they were trying to get somewhere else, but this may be my only chance to get out, I had to take it. When I found the police car, I was surprised, because they were parked in front of the place I had been in. I figured that they were headed somewhere, maybe this was just pure luck that they happened to be stopped outside of there. I immediately started hitting on the window whenever I saw the man running towards me. The police man opened the door, he was tall and looked very strong, I knew that he could help me get away, a few seconds later another door opened, another police man. I knew that I was safe now. Before I could even tell them what was going on, they asked “Are you Danielle?”. I was shocked--How do they know my name? Then the back door of the car opened. It was Zayn.
