This is a small update! SORRY. And a sad one......get your tissues ready 💔💔😭😭

Cole smiled as he settled Kai into the bed. Cole had taken him to one of the underground HQ which Nya had upgraded with her Samurai stuff.
Kai looked peaceful as he slept. Cole slipped into the bed next to his boyfriend, enjoy the warmth that the fire ninja gave off. Kai turned around, his face twisted in pain for a second for he rested his head on Cole's chest.
His legs must be hurting.
Shit- they'd hadn't brought medical supplies!
Cole mentally slapped himself.
"I'll be here. Until you grow bored of me. Okay?" Cole whispers into Kai's hair.
"I'll never grow bored of you Brookstone.....that'll promise. So- would you go to heaven with me?" Kai had heard and asked.
Cole looked down, confused. A liquid- like water started to pour from Kai's stomach.
"Kai!?" Cole leaped up, pulling his boyfriend's top off over his head- his toned skin and six pack was covered in a thick red liquid-  some how there was a wound in Kai.
"You didn't see it....back when he tried to...hurt me....as you defended me he shot me.......I'm sorry...... "
Kai's head fell limp against the Earth Ninja hand.
"Nope! This isn't happening twice!"
Cole layed Kai on the bed- grabbing his phone he called the hospital.
A few minutes later, the ambulance came and took Kai- Cole went with. He sighed deeply and swore that he would kill Liu once this was over. His worry and guilt was relentlessly eating him away as he called the bounty. Lloyd had answered; telling Cole to wait at the hospital and that Liu was being held by Wu, and that they were on their way.
But; why is Liu so fixated with Kai? It was driving Cole mad.
Knowing that someone, is always hunting his teammate, especially his boyfriend, is tormenting enough.
Lloyd sounded in pure shock and worry. His voice was thick and raw- as if at any moment he would brake down in a fit of tears.
Lloyd had always been sensitive around Kai. Hell- Kai promised so many things and protected the green ninja. Now it was his turn to protect him....right?

"I'll alway follow you. Even if it's to Heaven..."
