I rubbed my eyes and sat up out of a bed that I was unfamiliar with. My head was throbbing and my entire body just felt like shit. I looked around the room and saw clothes thrown everywhere and heard the sound of the shower running.
I swung my legs over the side of the bed and put my head in my hands, sighing heavily. Last night was a blur. I only remember drinking and smoking with crazy ass Omari and Quincy. We were counting out everybody's cut and after that, things went left.
We started drinking, and I barely remember how many blunts we had in rotation. I don't know how I made it home alive.
I was still trying to figure out where the fuck I was, but that question was soon answered when Jordan came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around her. A smirk was on her face as she walked over to me, drying her hair with a towel.
"Hangover kicking your ass huh?" She nudged my shoulder. "You want some Aspirin or something?"
"How.. When did I get over here?" I asked, completely confused now.
"You came banging on my door late last night." She explained while going over to her dresser. "Your face was fucked up. I thought you had got into it with some nigga but by the scratches on your neck, I knew she did it. So, I let you in and I took care of you."
That's when everything hit me like a ton of bricks. It was coming back to me in bits and pieces but, I did remember Zonnique and I getting into a full out brawl. I felt sick knowing I had did that to her.
I jumped off the bed and pushed past Jordan, running to the bathroom. I kneeled over the toilet and let out everything that was in my stomach. After dry heaving for a couple of minutes, I leaned against the side of the tub and brought my knees up to my chest.
I couldn't believe I had put my hands on her. I knew from the way I looked, she had to look about the same or even worse. To make matters worse, I had slept with Jordan again.
It's like I was trying to take two steps forward and just got knocked back ten more. I knew Zonnique was somewhere hurting, but I also knew I was the last person she wanted to see.
"You need to take something." I heard Jordan say. "Or you're just gonna be feeling like shit all day."
I ignored her and tried to get myself together. I cleaned everything up, and brushed my teeth. I put my clothes back on and went downstairs to take some medicine. While reaching in the cabinet, I felt Jordan run her fingers down my back.
"You don't plan on leaving so soon do you?" She asked in an innocent tone. "I thought I would finally get you to myself for a full day."
"Jordan stop." I sighed. "Chill out with all of that."
"That's not what you were saying last night when you came over here." She leaned against the counter. "You were begging me to help you. And if I remember correctly, you were saying how much you couldn't stand her and you were proud about what you did."
"You know damn well I didn't mean any of that!" I snapped. "How many times do I have to tell you, I don't want you!"
