Can't Help But Fall // Travlyn (Slow updates)

Chapter 1

Katlyn

I was taking a walk around the block when who would I run into except Travis. "Good afternoon, angle." He said flirtatiously. I rolled my eyes. "Hi, Travis." I said. He walks up to me. "How's it goin'?" He asked. "Good. I was on my way to the park." I said. "Can I come with?" He asked. Why not? I wondered. "Sure." I told him. We walked to the park.

He tried to slip his hand into mine, but I saw that coming from a mile away. So, I punched him on the arm. "Ow!" He complained. I glared at him. "Don't try that again." I strictly warned him. "I'll try not to." He said and winked. I rolled my eyes.

When we got to the park, we sat on the bench together. This time, he tried to hold my hand again. I punched him harder. He complained again. "What did I say?" I asked him. He gave me the pouty lip. I smiled. "Travis, you're such a dork." I said. He laughed. "I bet you can't beat me up that tree." He challenged. I smirked. "You're on!" I replied. He counted down from 3 to 0.

Travis

I raced her up the tree. She beat me, not that I really care. We sat on one of the branches. "Ha! I beat you!" She bragged. I laughed. "Oh no, you don't!" I said. I started tickling her. "T-T-Travis! Stop! That tickles!" She says, laughing. "Woah!" She yells and slips. I wrap my arm around her waist and keep her from falling. I pull her upright on the tree. "You almost made me fall!" She said. She gave me a light push. "But you didn't!" I said. She smiled. "I guess you're right." She responds. I guess she hasn't yet noticed my arm is still around her waist. She seems as if she is enjoying this.
Katlyn yawns. "Why am I so tired?" She quietly asks herself. She slowly closes her eyes. She's had a long day. I thought. Taking my chances, I kissed her on the cheek. She....smiled. I heard the sound of a camera clicking. Katlyn "woke" up. "KAWII~CHAN!" She yelled. She jumped down and chased her around the park. "TRAVLYN MUST SAIL!" Kawii~Chan exclaims. I can't help but laugh. Katlyn manages to take Kawii~Chan's camera and deletes the photo. Kawii~Chan takes back the camera. Katlyn comes back up to the branch. She punches me. "Ow! What did I do?" I asked. "You kissed me!" She said. She blushed. "You were falling asleep!" I argued.

Katlyn

I had no response. I was tired. "I am tired, now that I think about it." I said. I yawned. "Do you just want to go back home?" Travis asks. I check my watch. "Dang it! The Once Upon A Time season finally starts in 2 minutes!" I said. "You watch Once?" He asks me. I nod. "It's one of my favorite shows!" I exclaimed. Travis smiles. "Mine, too!" Travis says. "Wanna watch it with me and Aph?" I ask him. "Sure." He says. We walk back to the house.
"Katlyn! You're just in time! I was just about to call you! It's just starting." Aph says. Travis walks in right behind me. Aph looks puzzled. "Travis is going to watch with us?" Aph asks dubiously. "Yup." I say. We all plop down on the couch with me in the middle of Travis and Aphmau. "Oh! I almost forgot!" I say. I get up from the couch and walk towards the kitchen. "Forgot what?" Travis asks. "Popcorn." I respond. I put the bag in the microwave and watch it pop. I feel arms snake around my waist. I thrust my elbow behind me. "Gah!" It was Travis. "I just wanted a hug!" He protested. I laughed. "Fine." I said.

I let Travis hug me. It actually felt nice. He smelled nice, too.

Travis

Katlyn's hair is really soft. I can't believe she actually hugged me! "Uh, Travis?" She said. "Oh, sorry." I guess I was hugging her for too long. She grabbed the popcorn and I walked back to the couch. Katlyn comes back a minute later with the popcorn bowl in her hands. She sat down and the show started a little bit later. "Ugh, it started late!" Katlyn complained. Aph rolled her eyes. "It's not a big deal." She said. "Yes, it is!" Katlyn argued. I chuckled. "What?" Katlyn asks. Aph and I laugh. "Hmph." Katlyn says.
