chapter 3: sipping tea in yo hood

Time skip to a couple weeks

Ayo's pov

Cory dropped us off at the studio so we could practice for our next dance event with fresh the clowns. We were walking to the building and I was in my thoughts, I didn't notice that I had bumped into a pole. Breh I made such a big noise. My head hurt. Jamie came up to me on her tippy toes rubbing my forehead.

"Aww baby Ayleo walked into a pole." She said snickering.

"I'm not a baby though"

"Mmmmm." She smirked and walked away from me quietly. Iv'e only known her for like 3 weeks and I feel like I wanna spend the rest of my life with her. Tonight Ima take her out and cuff her. We practiced dancing in the studio while Jamie was in the corner doing her homework. Aww she look so peaceful. I couldn't help but smile and I had stopped dancing to look at her. Teo then bumped into me really hard.

"Breh MOVEEEE." He screamed.

Teo been acting kinda weirdly these past couple weeks. He would get pissed every time I was with Jamie or when she was with me. But hey it ain't my fault she like me. Key told me that Mateo really like her but ion know if that true. I just hope he don't get mad at me tonight when I ask her to be my girlfriend. Sometimes I also see the way Key be looking at my girl with them '😍' eyes but I don't front or nun cuz he already know what's finna happen with me and her.

Time skip to night time

Jamie's pov

Imprint was once again in my room looking for late night adventures to go on but tonight he told me to look extra special because there is a surprise for me somewhere. I gave him a 'really nigga' face when he wouldn't tell me. I came outta da bathroom with a flowy black lace dress that was laced up in the back. I paired them with some white louboutins and walked to the full body mirror. Imprint came up and put his elbow on my shoulder.

"You look great, let's hope Ayo think the same way." He says as he hands me my purse.

"Wait, Ayleo?"

"Oh ooops, I wasn't suppose to say his name..."

I was think about Ayo and Teo and I think I like them both but ion know who I like more. Teo sweet but I feel like ion know him enough but this week we did go to Walmart together but we got kicked out for riding a scooter cart without actually having walking problems.😂I kept bothering Imprint with questions but he wouldn't answer me so then he screamed in my face telling me to shut up. My face literally went from 😃to 😐. Sometimes he's scary and crazy but that's ok cuz I am too :)

He brought me to this fancy restaurant and took me to a private room where Ayo was standing there admiring me walking in. I walked up to him and hugged him tightly. I could smell his cologne as he rests his head against mine. Iv'e been hanging out with Ayo a lot lately and I think I'm starting to feel some type of way but I'm scared of being in a relationship because back then I was with this guy and-- (gco)

"Surprise baby girl." He purred in my ear making me stop thinking about my past. I smiled with my pearly whites admiring his big brown eyes.

"AWWWWWW OMG YALL GROW UP TO FAST" Imprint said taking a million pictures with this big ass camera. Where did he even get one from? I know that thing don't fit in his pockets.

Then outta no where Teo bursts in through the door wearing a suit and some holding some roses. But he looked pissed.

"Ayo you not finna take her away from me." Teo said glaring at his brother. Oh shit tf is happening?

"No, tonight is suppose to be about me and her, you not gonna ruin it."

"NIGGA SHE MINE."

"Mateo back off, she don't like you." Ayo argued.

"Fine then let's see who she chooses. Jamie who you finna pick, me or Ayleo?" Teo asked and the room got quiet. I turned my head slightly to see Imprint sipping some tea and eating popcorn. Where this man getting all this shit from? 😂
