Chapter 18

Jungkook received a call from someone and excused himself. What good timing. Taehyung nuzzled his head into the crook of my neck.

"I love your adorable-ness." I said and giggled.

"I love you too, flower." Taehyung replied.

"What?! I never said I loved you."

"But my adorable-ness is me. So you love me."

"Ok, ok. Whatever floats your goat." I replied and patted his head.

"It's whatever floats your boat, pabo."

"I wanna be original."

"Ok, ok. Whatever floats your goat." He said back to me and smirked. I giggled, then pulled him off of me. We'd been hugging for at least a minute.

Just then, the rest of the boys came out of the store and Jungkook came back from his phone call. "Let's go shoot some hoops!" Suga said and jumped up, pretending to score a basketball in a hoop.

"Aww, but I really suck!" I said.

"It's fine, you can watch me. You'll be blown away with my amazing skills." He wiggled his eyebrows and smiled. {When he smiled, it felt like angels were singing. That's how beautiful and rare (Maybe not rare once you get to know him-know him) his smile is.}

I laughed. "Ok, sure. Let's go shoot some hoops." I copied Yoongi on the jumping-hoop thing.

As we walked, someone grabbed my hand and pulled me close to him. He wrapped an arm around my shoulder. I looked up to see who it was, and saw that it was Jungkook.

I cocked my head sideways questioningly, but he just smiled. "Yah! Jungkook-ah. What're you doing?" Taehyung came up behind us.

"Sorry hyung." Jungkook got off of me and walked on ahead. I just shrugged it off, although I didn't get why V seemed to be mad or why Kookie apologized.

Once we were at the basketball court, I sat down a little bit away, so that I could have some quiet but also watch the boys have fun. Namjoon came over and sat down next to me. "Hey, Rose... Can I tell you something?" He asked.

"Of course. Go ahead." I nodded.

"Did you know that... Jungkook-ah... He likes you."

"What? Jungkook likes me?!"

"Ssh. It was supposed to be a secret. But I just thought you should know." He said.

"Oh, ok. Thanks... Did he tell you?"

"Yeah, he told me yesterday. But I kind of figured it out before that. I think Jungkook just doesn't want to tell you because he knows that Taehyung will be upset."

"Why would Taehyung be upset?" I asked.

"Yeah, why would I be upset?" Taehyung came up to us.

"Omo! You scared me half to death. Didn't see you there." I exclaimed.

"Hey, Tae... You didn't hear our conversation, did you?" Namjoon asked.

"No, but I can guess. It's about Jungkook liking her isn't it." Taehyung replied. Namjoon slowly nodded and looked down.

"I'll get going now." He said and rushed off to play basketball with the others.
