Chapter 12

As I ate my lunch, I noticed that literally all the guys were looking at it and drooling. "U-um... Are you guys hungry? You can take some if you want." I told them.

"Really? You mean, we can take some of your homemade, delicious looking lunch?" Jin asked.

"Yup." I replied, and pushed my lunch container towards them. I had three sandwiches, and I was currently eating one. So they split the remaining two among themselves and ate it appetizingly.

"Mm... delicious." Taehyung said and smiled at me with a peace/V sign.

"Psst." I heard Jungkook say to Jimin, who was sitting across the table from him. "Isn't Rose so cute?"

"Yeah. I wish I had a girlfriend like her, to give me company and maybe more food. I'm hungry." Jimin said. "Plus she's shorter than me so that's good. Some girls are taller than me..."

"Ooh you shortie." Jungkook teased. "But me too, I would love to have her as a girlfriend." Then he sighed. "Just if hyung didn't get him first..."

I uncomfortably shifted where I was sitting, since I could hear their conversation which was about me. Sure, I was honored that Taehyung's friends liked me that much, but if it's to that extent... I'm not sure. I wasn't really looking for a boyfriend or anything, although a friend would be nice.

"So, Rose. What are your hobbies?" Rap Monster asked, probably sensing the awkward tension that was settling in.

"Hobbies... hmm... Well, I really have a passion for dancing." I replied.

"Really? Are you good?" Jin piped in.

"Well, I don't mean to boast or anything, but I think I'm pretty good. And I'm self-taught." I said proudly.

"That's awesome! Hey Rose. Say, do you know the school show that's coming up soon?" Taehyung said.

"Yeah."

"Well, I'm doing a dance. But my team is short of one girl member. Do you think you could do it for me?"

"A dance? How hard is it?"

"Not very hard. I'm sure you can memorize it pretty quickly if you're good."

"Ok. I'll try... Who are the other members of the group?"

"..."

"So? Who are they?" I wanted to know, just in case.

"Some other guys, and a couple girls... and Y-Yoona." Tae stuttered.

"Yoona?"

"Y-yeah."

"You better make sure she doesn't go all bitch mode on me. If she doesn't, then I'll still join your group even if she's in it." I decided.

"That'll be arranged." He agreed, laughing a little bit.

"So do we already start rehearsing?" I asked.

"Yup. Today after school, we have a rehearsal. I'll just come get you." He told me.

I nodded, and was very excited for the school day to end.
