Hermes and I were at Η Hot Μπακλαβάς (The Hot Baklava), a cute little cafe and bakery. I had never been here because my family never had a chance. We were sharing a salad, and were going to order baklava for dessert (duh).

Hermes had downgraded from super hot god to normal hot guy. I was wearing George & Martha as a necklace again, so the caduceus didn't give him away.

Finally, the waitress had taken away the empty salad bowl, so Hermes and I sat back. "So..." he said.

"So..."

"Did you like it?"

"Yeah. Not as good as on Olympus, though."

"Yeah. Don't say that so loud."

"I know. It was a joke."

We descended into silence, trying to figure out what to say next.

"So, when do the Olympics happen?"

"I'm not sure."

"What happens on Olympus when the Olympics start?"

"We move so we can watch it, for one thing. Artemis still refuses to watch, and-" Hermes was cut off by my brother tapping him on the shoulder.

"Who are you, and what are you doing with my little sister?"

Hermes stood calmly and put his hand on my brother's shoulder. "I happen to like your sister, and I don't recommend that you mess with me." His hand glowed gold for a moment. Only a moment, but it was there. My brother saw it too. He quickly walked away.

"Hermes..."

"Yeah?"

"I think you just blew our cover."

He looked around. The entire cafe was on their knees. "Oops."

He grabbed my hand and we dissolved.
