Y/N's POV
Everything hurt. Maybe I should be more careful next time. I struggled to open my eyes, but I ended up doing it anyway. I'm laying down with a futon, and I can see Kashi laying next to me a few feet away on my right. It seems he's waking up, too.
"Hey, Kashi. Am I the only one who's hurting like hell right now?"
"Nope," he chuckled.
I giggle. "Maybe the obsidian jutsu needs some work."
"Probably."
Then Tazuna's daughter walked in without knocking and ruined our moment.
"I wouldn't try getting u--"
I was halfway to standing up before i fell down again.
"Continue."
"Like I was saying, I wouldn't try getting up. You two really hurt yourselve--"
"[Y/n]!" I could hear Naruto and... Sasuke? Yell as they barge in. I didn't know Sasuke cared.... awwww.... that's adorable...
Tsunami was completely and utterly pissed at the fact that she was interrupted again. "Whatever..." she leaves the room.
Kakashi could at least sit up, but i was stuck on the ground.
He looked at me in concern, and I only smiled back. Well, a pain-filled smile, at least.
My ribcage almost shattered into millions of pieces. If it weren't for the fact that Zabuza was worn out, I wouldn't be alive right now. So, i probably shouldn't be complaining right now.
They started talking about some mist tracking nin that i had no idea about. And then they talked about Zabuza being alive, and i really didnt care, but i still yelled at them asking how they could escape.
"If Zabuza wasnt killed, how could you escape with your lives?"
"No because there was this other nin that appeared and pretended to be an enemy of him--"
"Stop i don't care and im tired so shut up-"
"Sasuke kun" Sakura, you're retarded
Then Kashi went to go train the students in climbing trees. Ive done that before. When i was about... 7 or so?

All he had done was explain the training to the rest and then came back here like he promised me he would.
Now, it's time to spend a day with Kashi Chan!
We were playing a game of checkers.

"...i give up," i sigh in defea- "ACTUALLY I DONT, I DEMAND THAT I BE ABLE TO SKIP MY TURN"
"that's just a cheat so that you can get yourself out of this predicament"

"Will you two stop yelling?! I can hear you from across the whole house!" Tazuna yells.
"Okie old man im sorry~" tazuna was scary.
"Well, now we can't play chess..." Kakashi commented.
There's nothing else to do, then.
Uuuugh, this is boring.
And now he's resorted to reading his weird book again.
'Hold on, I have an idea...' i think to myself.
Without asking for his permission, i shift so that i'm behind him and start playing with his gravity-defying hair.
He sends a questioning look my way.
"I'm gonna see if I can make your hair go downwards like it's supposed to be," I explain. 'And then take a picture of it, hehe.' Though that last sentence was not said out loud.
"Good luck, you'll be here for a while."
This is gonna require a lot of hairspray and water.
Later~
"I give up!" I yell, exhausted. "This is impossible! And so is your hair! How does it do that?!"
He only shrugged in reply.
Since my last idea was a failure i just decided to make a braid, except it would naturally be gravity defying.
Not that it would look good on him, i just got bored.
While i was behind him and styling his kinda long hair (i mean it is, isn't it?) I had a perfect view of his book, so I decided to take a little peek of what he was reading; just out of curiosity, not because i'm a perv or something like that. And if you're wondering how I know it's a pervy book, the cover gives it all away.
After looking at the page, I instantly fall back in a nosebleed.
"WhaT tHe hElL kAsHi tHaT bOoK sHoUlDn'T bE rEaD aRoUnD cHiLdReN"
I struggled to get up again, so i was just yelling at the ceiling.
He sighed snd chuckled. "Alright, alright. Is there something in mind that will cure your boredom?"
"Not anymore, since that nosebleed knocked my right over and now I can't manage to sit up again. So just get the tissues, please."
He did as said and came back with a box and helped clean up the blood on the floor. If he hadn't, Tazuna, his daughter, and his grandson, would all think someone got murdered in there, and the corpse ran away.
Once everything was cleaned up, i asked, "What now?"
"Since you couldn't get up, it would probably hurt for you to try again." He replied, before his eyes had a look of concern.
I felt really tired, and my head was throbbing.
"You must've hit your head during that fall. Rest, I'll take care of you."
"Okay, Kashi Chan," I agreed. I was much too tired to argue.
For half an hour, he sat there, my head on his lap, stroking my hair, before the boys and Sakura came back, when it was time for dinner.
The arguing of Sasuke and Naruto in the other room woke me up, and I slowly sat up. At the same time, I heard footsteps towards my room, and a knock on the door.
"Come in," I reply rather quietly, and Kashi walks in with a bowl of soup a moment later.
"Thanks," I say as he sets the bowl down.
Before I could pick up the spoon, he takes it.
"Hey..." I reply to his actions.
"Just sit down. I'll feed you." Kashi orders.
I do as he says, my face reddening. Even worse, he treated me like a child and pretended the spoon was either a train or an airplane. Kashi even made the sound effects. That idiot...
