Arizona's pov

I break the kiss and look deep into Eliza's eyes. "We are in front of the hospital, Eliza. Anyone could see us. I want to spend time with you, though. We should talk. Do you mind coming over to my house?" I ask. "I'd love to. What's your address?" She asks. I give her my address and we walk to our cars. "I'll see you soon," I promise as I hop into my car. We drive to my house and arrive at the same time. She smiles at me and I take her hand in mine. Butterflies flutter in my stomach. I unlock the door and we go inside. "Are you hungry? We could order a pizza." I suggest as we sit on the cream coloured sofa. "Yeah, I didn't get the chance to eat yet." She says. "Do you want any toppings?" I ask. "Just cheese is fine with me." She says. I call up the closest pizza place and order a half cheese half meat lover's pizza. "It will be here in twenty minutes." I shrug as I hang up the phone. "Eliza, why did you kiss me? I loved kissing you, but why? I'm nothing special. Everyone at the hospital thinks I'm so broken. I am. Callie broke me when she left. Why do you want me when you could easily have some other woman who isn't broken. " I ask quietly.

Eliza's pov

"I thought it was obvious. I really like you, Arizona. You are amazing. I'll heal your heart. I won't ever hurt you." I promise. She smiles at me and kisses me. Her lips are so soft and warm. She removes my coat and pulls me closer to her. We break apart for air and I wrap her in my arms. "Thank you. Thank you for choosing me." She whispers softly. "I will always choose you," I assure her. We lay in each other's arms until the pizza comes. Arizona pays the teenager who delivers it and we dig in. After we finish eating, Arizona discards the pizza box and we lie on the couch, her wrapped securely but gently in my arms. I gaze down at her lovingly. She sighs contentedly and falls asleep in my arms. I kiss her head and fall asleep as well, knowing she is safe in my arms.
