It's late at night, maybe about 1:30 am, I don't know what time it is and I really don't care but all I know is that I can't sleep no matter what I do. I keep on thinking about all those jump scares and ghosts and it makes me not want to sleep.

I look over left and see Sophia sleeping peacefully. I decided against waking her up and got out of bed, careful not to wake her up. I walked to the other side of the room and noticed Wyatt standing by the balcony.

"Hey, Wyatt." I said, standing beside him.

"Hey, what are you doing up so late?" He asked, concerned, as he turned to the side to face me.

"Shouldn't I be asking you that question first?"

"I just needed to get some fresh air. I want to clear out my thoughts because it keeps me from sleeping."

"Oh, well what were you thinking of?"

"It's nothing important." He said, looking away.

"Wyatt, if it's keeping you up late at night then it must be important." I said.

He sighed and thought about it for a bit, but decided to talk about it anyways. "Sometimes I just feel really lonely." He blurted out.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"I mean, I know that you're gonna be leaving again in a couple of weeks for a new movie that you're gonna be shooting and I just don't want you to leave again." He continued.

"I'm sorry Wyatt. You know that you're not alone right? I mean, you have us." I said giving him a reassuring smile. "Look, I promise that I'm gonna make the next couple of days worth it and we're gonna have the best time of our life, okay? And I also promise to try and face time with you everyday or at least once or twice a week." I said, smiling at him.

"Okay." He replied with a faint smile plastered on his face. "Well, what about you?" He asked.

"What?" I asked, clearly confused.

"Why are you up late at night?"

"I think you already know." I said.

"Oh right, yeah." He said, coming to a realization and chuckling at that thought. "You know, I only suggested to watch a horror movie because I wanted you to cuddle with me." He said, smirking.

"Wait, what? Are you kidding me? Oh my God, you're such an asshole." I said, smacking his chest and biting my lip, trying hard to contain myself from smiling. "You knew all this time?"

"Of course, I knew that you are scared of horror movies. We've been best friends for 3 years."

"Look who's not sleeping now." I said, rolling my eyes.

"I'm sorry." He laughed, trying to hug me from the side.

"That's unforgivable." I said, trying hard not to smile.

"Oh, come on, I'll make it up to you. I'll buy you a smoothie and ice cream and probably anything you want. Just please forgive me."

"Fine, I forgive you." I sighed.

After a while, it became silent but it's a good kind of silence, a comfortable one. We took time to appreciate the view in front of us and feel the fresh and cold air hit our skin.

"It's a beautiful view, huh?" He said, still looking at the view in front of him.

"Yeah, it's really pretty." I say, with amazement.

I can see everything from up here. Since our suite is the biggest one, it is located at the highest floor of the building.

I turned to the side and stared at Wyatt who is admiring the view that's in front of us. I couldn't help but feel my heart flutter whenever I look at him. Even just his mere presence makes me happy.

"Wyatt?" I called out, turning to him.

"Hm?"

I leaned in closer to his face and connected our lips together. I kissed him softly as I wrap my arms around his neck. I feel him smile into the kiss which made me giggle and pull away from him as I feel the heat creeping up on my cheeks.

"I really like you, Wyatt." I admitted.

"I really like you too" I smiled at his response.

After a couple of minutes of just staring at the view, I said, "We should really get going now."

"Yeah, you're right." He said as we walked back to the bed room. "Good night, Holly." He whispered as he kissed my forehead.

"Good night, Wyatt." I whispered then went back to my bed with Sophia still sleeping peacefully, letting out quiet little snores.

My eyes started getting heavy. I closed my eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep with Wyatt, being my last thought before I completely fell into a deep slumber.
