Chapter 16: Part II

~Sydney's POV~

I walked into the living room to see Niall storm outside, the door slamming behind him. What was up with him? I followed him outside and called his name, "Niall?" I grabbed his shoulder gently and turned him towards me, his eyes red and puffy.

"What's wrong?" I asked, looking up at him, my blonde hair resting over my shoulder.

"H-Harry... H-He kissed her.." He said, sniffing. Harry? Kissed her? Kissed who? Her. There are only two 'hers' in the house. Me and Jillian, so it must be her.

"What? What happened Niall." I asked, taking his hand and walking over to the porch to sit down with him.

"I walked in her room and Harry was kissing her... And they didn't stop..." He said softly, sniffing and continuing, "I told her we were done..." He said, almost in a whisper.

My breath caught in my throat, my words as well. My boyfriend, cheating on me? With my best friend!?

I stood up, not saying anything to Niall and walked inside the house, back to Jillian's room and found Harry crying on the ground, curled up in a ball. Jillian was no where in sight. "Harry, what are you doing." I spat, my arms crossed.

"Baby... I-I'm so sorry." He said, hiccuping as he cried, "I have no idea what came over me.. It was the worse mistake ever.." He said, looking up at me. His eyes were red and puffy, his cheeks stained with tears.

I gulped and sat down beside him, kissing his cheek and hugging him softly, "Just... Don't do it again.." I said. I couldn't let him go, not that easily. I just couldn't.

He sniffed again and looked over at me, "You probably don't want this anymore.." He said, reaching inside his pant pocket to pull out a small box, handing it to me.

Harry stood up and leant down, placing a kiss on my forehead, walking off down the hall and out the front door.

I held the box in my hands, lifting the lid to reveal a huge diamond ring, words handwritten on the inside spelling out,

"Will you marry me? -H"

{ a/n : im really sorry for this being such a short and sucky chapter, i'm going to try to update a bunch of short chapters instead of trying to do really long ones because i never update. I still am really sorry about never updating. I'm trying to get better at it, it's just i don't have a computer, i'm on my phone, and tbh i had no clue on how to write these next few chapters. I had the idea, but eh. Please don't hate me? :/ }
