Ok so I have gotten a few ideas already, and there is potential...but.

For anyone to give me something substantial, that I haven't already thought up, I would need to reveal something that I feel I have made rather obvious, but apparently isn't so obvious as I had assumed.

Loki is not in control of his own actions and he hasn't been since he fell off the Bifrost at the end of the first Thor movie. He fell through the abyss and landed on a crag in some far off galaxy where he was found by the other who then brought him to Thanos. Thanos tore through his mind, torturing him mentally and physically, but when Loki would not surrender to him, Thanos took full control of his mind and body.

That's why Loki acted so maniac, and looked so beaten up when he came through the portal, it was Thanos playing at being Loki, supposedly driven mad with the desire for revenge and a lust for power, that was not Loki's own.

There are times, however, brief moments of clarity before Thanos regains control, during which Loki has control of himself but Thanos is still there, a poisonous presence inside Loki's mind, whispering deceit and talk conquest.

For some reason or another, when Lila was thrown into the cell with him up to when she made the oath, he had complete control of himself. Let's call it something cheesy like "the power of love" or some such nonsense.

The oath triggers Thanos to completely regain control over Loki, locking him within his own mind, as the magical oath Lila made has resulted in, an emotionless husk that follows orders.

The difference in Loki's mind control and Lila's is that the oath she made with her blood, mixed with Loki's magic and physically bound her to him, as long as he (Thanos) calls on such a use of their bond. So Lila becomes a perfect soldier, all emotion and self control repressed by the need to obey (or you know, horrendous pain/death in the event of her fighting the control).

Whereas Loki actually has Thanos inside his mind, suppressing, his personality, his emotions, his free will - everything that makes Loki, Loki - and completely overtaken by the controlling force of Thanos.

So turning someone into a mindless drone versus possessing someone's body. There's the difference.

So bearing in mind the fact that Loki is not in control of his own actions, and that Lila fighting the control WILL cause agony/death... where do we go from here.

((Also don't forget that Lila's still turning to stone, and Clint still doesn't know))

Ok so I also thought you might like a:

- List of things the writer knows about the character, but is never explicitly stated -

1. As would be assumed, Lila was..how would one say...out of date when she finally escaped from that hellish compound and out in to the real world. So out of touch she was that the first thing she acquired (after food and shelter) was knowledge. Knowledge gained by way of a library and many hours spent studying.

Lila soon found that not only was she a very quick study, but she had a particular love for the classics. Her favourites of the olden tomes where tales such as Sherlock Holmes, Jules Verne and the like. So came the origin of her...unique order of speech.

Old fashioned as it was, one would assume her rather articulate and educated, as though her appalling lack of schooling was a wisp of a far away memory and not a horrible reality.

2. Young as she was when she was locked away from the world, even though one would assume that she had already been subjected to the worst that human kind had to offer, she is still rather naive and innocent, in an almost childlike sense.

Her enhanced eyesight is drawn to the shiniest of things and she has an insatiable curiosity that may never be quenched, as everything and anything is fascinating to her.

3. So deeply set into her is her desire to overcome the words that where ingrained upon her scarred soul - that she is a monster, only meant to kill and destroy - that she has chosen to try to never willingly harm any living thing, in anything but self defence.

She hates fighting.

4. If she ever chose to (or was forced to) let go and be taken over by her baser animalistic nature her conscious, reasoning mind would be pushed to the back, with her instincts at the forefront, of which are a lot more dangerous and aggressive than her kinder, more timid self inside.

5. She does not know this, but Lila should Lila ever completely give herself over to the power of her inner nature, there is a great chance that the Lila she once was, will be lost and may never return, she may stay in her feral class mutant form forever, forever the animal she feared herself to be.

~ BONUS FACT FOR WOLVERINE ~

Were Logan ever somehow able to get his hands on the X-gene enhancement serum that Stryker created, he would find that he would develop his own feral class mutant form, one that would match and enhance his ability and animalistic temperament. Needless to say, he would become formidable in his own right.
