After Jared and I are done grave gazing, we make our way back down the road towards the hotel. On the way back, we conduct a few interviews so we can get a feel of what we will be dealing with when we get back to the hotel. The stories stuck with the "personalities", more like behaviors, of the same 4 ghosts that are said to haunt the place. This is what we like to hear, when stories back up the myths and legends, it points more to the fact that they are true.

The walk back felt 100 times longer than it did on the way there. I think it's mostly because on the way to the graveyard, we were looking for answers, and just wandering around. The way back, we had gotten everything we needed, knew the way back, and were already tired from the walk there. It feels like a million years are going by as we sluggishly make our way back down the now wavy from the heat sidewalk that leads to the hotel. This was probably more scary than any investigation, even the ones with poltergeists and demons and stuff like that. The heat here in Savannah is a scary demon by itself.

We finally make it back to the parking lot that we left, what seems like an eternity but was actually only an hour ago. Mark is there waiting for us, he is the hotel's manager, and the one who made it possible for us to have the whole 8 story hotel to ourselves. "Man, that walk was harsh, I about passed out," Jordan complained as soon as we got back. "Oh shut up you big baby," I retorted, "you're from Cali, you should be used to this heat!" I continued. "But, still, it's hot dude," I guess it was all he could think of, I couldn't say much to that so "Yeah," was all I bothered to say.

"So, you guys ready to get in and set up?" Mark asked. "Um, actually I was wondering if we could ask a few questions first?" he was our last interview because it was about to be dark out. "Sure, I could answer a few questions," he replied. We had our last interview with Mark and actually learned that he had had a few run-ins with the spirits here, which i kind of expected because he works here. Then, he opened the door, let us in, and closed it behind us. We were here. We were in the Savannah Nights Inn.
