Do whatever you can. Don't beat yourself up nor worry so much about others like your parents getting at you for not doing enough each and everyday.
Just focus on your recovery. Focus your time and your energy on yourself. You can try to inspire others to see the mental health community (rather what it's like living with mental illness and stigma) but don't demand.
