Guzma, Back in Action.

Before we begin todays chapter I just want to say thanks so much for 120 reads! Last I checked the book was at 86 reads so OVERNIGHT I got 40 reads. Thank you all so much! Have a nice day, now onto the chapter.

Selene

Selene didn't expect the battle to just be a Pokémon battle, unfortunately for her. She was right. Guzma tossed the nest ball into the air and I giant grey muscular Pokémon burst free.

"Golisopod use first impression!" Guzma's Pokémon lumbered forward and jabbed Nihilego with it's giant arm. Nihilego retreated backwards, squeaking to signify it was in pain. "HA! Your weakling Pokémon can't even take one hit!"

"Nihilego let's show them just how strong we are! Use power gem!" Selene's friend fired four rocks at Golisopod, the bug and water type Pokémon blocked most of them with its arms but on hit it in the face.

"Golisopod use swords dance and then liquidation!" Guzma commanded, then he turned to Selene and raised his machete. "Alright kid, let's see how willing you will be to come with me once you lose an arm!"

"Not gonna happen!" Selene tried to sound confident but she wasn't so sure she succeeded. "Nihilego use thunderbolt and don't hold back!"

"You want a fight kid? Well now you've got one!" Guzma charged forward, swinging his blade like a maniac. Which made it easy for Selene to dodge his over-the-top swings.

"When will you learn? We aren't going to be defeated, none of us! We'll stop you every time!" Selene punched at him, she wasn't an expert at fighting but she knew how to throw a punch. Her fist connected with his jaw in an uppercut and Guzma stumbled backwards, blood trickling from his mouth.

"You, stop ME?" Guzma laughed, seemingly unbothered by the blood. "I am the boss of Team Skull, I am big bad Guzma! Destruction in human form! I'll keep beating down on you and never let up, y'all are stupid to try to oppose me!"

"No. We're not the ones that are stupid. You think you can control Alola? You can barely control your own team. And even that you only control with fear. More of us are going to rise up, and more of us will beat your grunts. Soon enough you'll have a whole army attacking your base." Guzma seemed to be convinced for a moment, he shook his head back and fourth rapidly.

"You talk too much!" Guzma decided. "Golisopod if you haven't already beaten the Ultra Beast finish it with razor shell."

Shoot! I totally forgot about Nihilego. Selene risked a glance away from Guzma to see Nihilego push Golisopod back with psychic, and then fire a sludge bomb at the enemy Pokémon. "There's that word again, Ultra Beast. Why do you keep calling Nihilego that?"

"So it has a name then? Doesn't matter, that thing is from Ultra Space. Some crazy place that leads to alternate worlds, like the one you're from. And Ultra Beasts live in Ultra Space. These Pokémon are super rare and super powerful. So if I got my hands on them I'd be unstoppable. But the problem is I need some ball of gas to open a portal. Then you come along and give me just what I need. You're a Faller, which means the beasts will be attracted to you. And that's the end of my villainous monologue. I've always wanted to do one."

"Alternate world?" Selene stepped back, taking in the information. Things were finally starting to make sense, but her head throbbed as she tried to find memories from the past, she still didn't have them.

"Well there's no point in telling you more, since you're as good as cau-" Guzma was interrupted by a bolt of electricity striking him, he fell forward onto the ground. Nihilego was floating behind him victoriously.

"Thanks Nihilego! What about Golisopod?" As if on cue the bug sped forward from the docks, water surrounding him, he slammed into Nihilego and flung it into a wall.
