Selene and Elio had spent three long years becoming closer friends and visiting each other whenever possible. Alola was recovering and it seemed like everything would be alright for the two trainers.
That was, until Necrozma attacked Selene's home realm one day. The two trainers desperately tried to escape on the back of Selene's Solgaleo but were ambushed by Necrozma and flung into the far reaches of Ultra Space.
