Elio's POV.

Unfortunately for them Team Skull was clearly planning an attack. Plumeria had sent two of the former team members up to scout and they reported that around 20 grunts were on their way down the mountain just as the Pokémon Center was running once more.

"Alright well they won't stand a chance against us." Elio said. "There's more of us than them."

"Well actually that doesn't matter since they have guns." Plumeria said.

"Why didn't you lead with that information?" Elio sighed.

"Good news bad news." Plumeria shrugged.

"Well Nihilego can just use psychic." Selene said optimistically.

"Will Nihilego be able to grab potentially 20 guns?" Plumeria inquired.

"Nihilego is strong, we'll be fine." Selene assured her.

"Well we still need a plan B." Elio reminded them.

"Easy. I'll just have some of our guys be ready to ambush with whatever we've got." Plumeria stated.

"No we need to make an actual plan."

"YO!" A grunt's voice cut through they're conversation. "We have weapons and are ready to pop some caps yo! So surrender now or accept death!"

"Arceus dammit! You know what, let's fight. Who needs plans when you've got charging in blindly. But seriously, have Nihilego ready. If all else fails just use a Z-move or something." Elio sighed. "Alright we accept your terms, do not shoot us!" Selene ran and hid in some bushes.

"Awesome yo! I really didn't want to use this! Alright we're coming down!" The Team Skull grunts arrived at the Tapu Village moments later, guns drawn. Everyone put their hands up.

"Wait dawgs thought there was a girl too. If this is a trick yo, we'll pop caps." All 20 grunts aimed their guns at Elio. He tensed. Oh great now they're all ready to shoot me. Just have to remain calm. I can do this.

"Well maybe she left." Elio said, somehow keeping his voice steady.

"Yo, don't play games."

"I'm just saying. We could've found a way to get her home."

"Dawg you wouldn't"

"Why is that?"

"You're a coward yo. We all know that you're a phony. Heck your pops ain't even round."

Elio clenched his fists. "What do you know about anything?"

"We know enough about you. You're afraid of us yo. We killed your friend Hau, and everyone you knew."

"I might've been afraid before but not anymore. I know that I still have friends everywhere. I just had to look a bit harder to find them. But cheesy words aside we will beat you all, and not just because we believe in one another, but because you don't believe in each other. And worst of all, you don't believe in yourselves. Only in a boss who, mind you, we've beaten before."

"Can I shoot him?" Another grunt piped up.

"Let's all yo."

"Man I really thought that speech would change their minds." Plumeria murmured.

Moments later all of the guns flew from the grunts' hands and a bolt of electricity shocked them all into submission. Selene walked out from the bushes with Nihilego by her side. All the guns dropped to the ground.

"Wow I had no idea Nihilego was that powerful." Elio stated.

"Well Mimikyu took one for the team and let Nihilego knock them out so its Beast Boost could activate." Selene explained.
