The unknown daughter

Chapter 4

Alison's point of view

I got fully recovered but still ignoring Vergil. He doesn't seem to be bothered by it though. Dante and Mika walked towards me laughing at their lame jokes. I smiled at the sight. I still wore the same clothes as I did with my PE clothes. Yes still looks like a soldier. I was thankful that individual tasks were to be given. "Now we will learn self-defense....." our professor kept talking while I zoned out. "Use what you know and follow your instincts, let your reflex control your every movement... shoes off!" We removed our shoes and they carefully placed their shoes on the box but I just let it be of how I removed it.

We gathered around the training mat. Everyone was to fight someone. And to my luck as of the moment, I was paired with Dante since you can't be partnered when from the same class. Most of the fights were boring, especially Vergil's he ended it within literally three seconds. For some reason we were the last pair. We were said to begin and Dante delivered the first blow but I blocked it. "Follow your instincts and let your reflexes control your every movement?" I threw a forty five degree kick towards his ribcage but he was able to block it. Other students were mesmerized. As we fought I practically don't know what I was doing, it's like my body has a mind of it's own. I could tell that Dante was going easy on me.

Me and my siblings always watch anime together and play games together. Me and Alex always mimic the characters of Mortal kombat X, Tekken, street fighter and sometimes Naruto and Magi. I combined Jin, Xiaoyu and Juri's moves to create a long combo. First Xiaoyu's basic combo then Juri's fuhajin and Jin's super combo. Dante was shocked and he gave his own combo. I blocked it but there was something suspicious about his strength and I had a flashback of Vergil and I accidentally lowered my guard and he pushed me and I hit my head on the mat. But he didn't stop so I rolled and I used a three hit combo from Juri while crouching and stood up. He immediately stood up and we were about to punch each other but I adjusted the positioning of my head so I won't get hit. But he did the same and a shockwave bursted from the attack and pushed against the other students and the bell rang and we had a draw. We shook hands and I wore my combat boots. I decided not to change since PE was our last subject for the day. Mika and Dante approached me.

"Hey you wanna come to the party? It's gonna be fun!" Dante exclaimed. "Party? What for?" Mika hugged me. "For their parents 'welcome back' party they will be coming back from Germany? They went to Germany right?" Dante suddenly got tense, "Y-yeah where else would they go?" He scratched the back of his head. "When? And who are the ones invited? And I'm pretty sure the venue is at your home." He sighed, "yes it's in our home, it will be next month. The ones invited are you, Mika, Trish, and Lady." I just smirked and started to walk towards the gate, "I'll think about it...... I'll call Mika if I need some help."

I got home and no Allby wasn't home yet. He joined the Boy Scout and they have a camping for two or three weeks. I just went straight inside and took the letter that was inserted in the mail box and I heard laughing. I entered and saw them WITH the twins and watching my ballet sessions when I younger. "WHAT IN THE?! MOM!" I blocked the screen. "Oh you're home sweetie. Dante and his brother dropped by and we decided to show them your history." She exclaimed happily. "Why? Why did you come up with such an idea?! You're showing them my weakness!" I shouted while pointing at the intruders.

"Calm down, Alison. It's not like you're going to die-" Dante said but I cut him off, "Yes! I am going to die if anyone sees this besides my family!" "Then let's get married." I made a disgusted face towards Dante and shouted, "Ain't happening! How did you get here anyway?! I didn't see you pass by me." "Well...." a knock was heard, I snatched the remote and I quickly closed the television. "Oh come on! We were just getting to the good part." I just stuck my tongue at him and Vergil just staring. I felt awkward when Vergil kept staring so I just went to the door.

I opened the door and saw no one. I removed my shoes and kept it aside. "Someone just knocked right?" I just went back and made my way to the kitchen. "Change first" Father said. "Don't worry I got it" I took the best cookies mom made and poured milk into three glasses and put it on the living room table. "Do you have any pizza?" Dante asked but Vergil smacked his head. "This is not our house so don't be picky." He took his glass of milk and dipped the cookies and started to eat it. "These are really good." Vergil commented. Dante just observed his twin curious of what's about to happen next.

We finished our snacks and I changed my clothes into a fitted shirt and a navy blue shorts. I didn't notice that the color was similar to Vergil's clothes until Dante said, "You know wearing that kind of clothes with that kind of color makes me think that your Vergil's gender bend." I poker faced. "I don't have silverish-white hair Dante. And it's getting late. Aren't you going home yet?" He just shook his head. "We're going to have a sleep over for a week and your parents agreed so you can't throw us out that would be rude to your guests also our stuff are already here." I was about to say something but I forgot. "Mom, where are they gonna sleep?" I leaned back on the couch and closed my eyes to calm myself from the sudden happenings.

"They're going to stay in your room with you." I jolted back up and my eyes wide open. "WHAT?! Are you serious? My room is a mess?!"

"Better get to it" she winked.

I let myself fall on the floor. "You gotta be kidding me." I muttered and went to my room to fix it. I muttered curses towards Dante until I remembered Vergil. "We haven't made up yet. This is going to be awkward than ever! Why did I have to go in this hell hole?!" I heard a knock and opened it and saw Vergil towering over me.

"Yes?" I saw him holding their bags and I let him in. "I know what I said. And I'm sorry. I'm used to girls doing that but I guess you had another reason." I mentally slapped myself to see if I was dreaming but I wasn't. I simply smiled and said, "it's okay. I'm pretty sure you had your reasons. Anyway why did you guys decided to stay or have a 'sleep over'?" He sighed in annoyance and crossed his arms, "he said that for a change but he didn't mention that it was gonna be your house. I was about to leave when I knew it was yours but your parents insisted." I giggled and sat on the edge of my bed. I gestured him to sit and he did. I left the door wide open so my parents won't have any ridiculous ideas and we sat there while talking about our similarities.

"Hey love birds, dinner's ready!" Dante shouted. I growled only for Vergil to hear. We made our way down stairs to eat dinner which is barbecue. "Barbecue?" My mom beamed with pride, "well I only cook it when there's a guest or a special occasion" Dante raised a brow, "like what?" Mother giggled, "we were preparing for the occasion when Alison brings her best friends home or if possible, her boyfriend." I dropped the topic, "can we just eat?" Everyone nodded and we ate in peace. After we ate we told jokes and laughter filled the air. For some reason mom always keeps looking at Vergil.

Dante and Vergil went to my bedroom to sleep. "They better not cover up all the space on the bed." I tied my hair into a messy bun and wiped the table. I washed the dishes while listening to music using my earphones. I was listening to a FNAF 4 song "break my mind". My body flowed with the beat and tapped my feet at the same time. I finished and returned the dishes to the cupboard. I dried my hands using the hand towel that was hanging from the handle of our refrigerator. I climbed the flight of stairs towards my bedroom. I swung open my door and revealed a coatless Vergil reading a book and a coatless and shirtless Dante on my bed taking up a huge space. I had to admit Vergil looked VERY hot but I focused my attention on Dante. I slapped Dante's shoulder. "Give us some space." He just laid there asleep already. I was about to think of how tired he might be but he started to snore so loud. A vein popped out of my head and I smashed a pillow on his face but no avail.

I sat on the floor and opened my PS4 and television. "What are you doing? Aren't you going to sleep yet?" I shook my head, "you should take the available space while you can. Good night." I felt him move and heard another of Dante's loud snores.

But I held back a laugh when I heard a book hitting a face and a snore being disturbed. I played, 'street fighter x tekken'. After playing for a while I glanced at the twins and made me smile and stop playing. I removed Vergil's book that was on his chest and his hand over it and placed it on the side table silently.

I took a closer look on Vergil's face and my smile widened. I pulled the covers over them. I shut down the PS4 and made my way outside my room. I took one last glimpse and turned the lights out. I found myself sleeping on the couch.
