Chapter 32

Vergil's point of view

I looked at Alison as she takes pictures with the others. I never would've thought that I would be able to pull off an oral speech. I just smiled and stared at her. She made her way back and she looked sad. I tapped her shoulder and then a teacher announced, "The grad ball registration is at, 6:30-7:30 pm. The three honors.... including Dante, please come early so that we may assign you..... something... thank you."

We looked at each other and I saw her eyes welling up with tears. She mouthed a "thank you" and I kissed her as a "no problem". We pulled away and heard some squeals. "VerSon! Oh my god! I totally ship them!" She blushed and then Allby came. "Nee-chan!" Allby was already fifteen and Alison is seventeen. There was a half and a year gap between them so there's no surprise.

Alison hugged Allby who had the height of 4'7 and Alison was just 5'3. Allby was catching up at a VERY fast rate. "Omedetou gosaimasu!" She smiled, "arigatou omouto." Then they pulled away, "come on Alison we better get ready." She nodded and kissed my cheek, "see you later." They left to prepare for the grad ball.

Me and Dante were back to his unnamed shop and prepared as well. I was in my room fixing my hair. I applied some wax that I borrowed from my twin and finished fixing my hair. I wore a Kingsmen black pants and buckled my belt for it to have a better fit. I heard a knock and said, "what is it?" The door opened when was buttoning my blue polo.

"Do you have a pair of socks left?" Dante asked me which made me face-palm. "What?" He asked. I just opened my drawer and gave him a pair, "just make sure you return it." I didn't want to argue with anyone today so I'll avoid it as much as possible. I opened my dresser and took out my navy blue tie and wore it. I pulled the collar of the polo to conceal the tie and took my black coat.

I left my room and saw Dante still not ready. "Dante you ready yet?" It took five minutes for him to answer, "uhhhhhh, yeah." A tick mark grew on my head, "then what are you still doing there?" I opened the door and saw Dante struggling to fix his tie. I rose a brow and sighed. "You could've asked for help you dumbass." I walked over to him and he said, "I can fix this." I pulled the tie and he yelped. (This makes me think that they're going to have a yaoi scene.... LOL)

He just watched frowning, "you're awfully nice today." I rose an eyebrow and asked, "what do you mean?" He sighed. "Nothing." He took his coat and we left and went to fair mont hotel. I don't know why but we are required to stay over night so we also brought extra clothes.

We arrived and then some of the teachers were already there and they greeted us. I looked around and it looked very classy. "This is one hell of a place." Dante said. "Uh-huh" we walked and saw some girls jiggling and giggling at some tables. We got on the elevator and pressed the 2nd floor which is to the ballroom. The door opened and revealed all of the school's officials already there.

"Vergil! Dante!" We heard Mika shout. Dante fixed himself. "I take it that you like Mika." He rolled his eyes, "obviously." We walked to them and I saw my girlfriend talking to some of the teachers. Her hair was curled and her black dress just went down just below her knees. The lower portion was gold and had a simple floral design and the upper was just plain black. She wore a black three-inch high heels.

"Hi guys!" Mika greeted. Well as for Mika she wore a red knee-length dress and it had some silver outlining the dress. It had other designs but I don't know how to describe it but I'll just call it an abstract. Mika caught me staring at Alison. "Uh-uhhh! You can't see her face yet!" She dragged Alison away to the bathroom. While she was at it, "h-hey! What the hell are you doing?" She huffed, "Vergil can't see your face yet." She jaw-dropped, "why not?!" That's the last I heard before the were out of hearing range.
