Chapter 35-The Wedding (Lucas)

Today is it! In my 31 years of existence, I never thought that came the day that I will marry.

I never believe in love and serious relationships, until Liza came into my life a year and a few months ago.

Everything turns into the opposite direction, and I don't have a single regrets of what happened. I feel lucky that I was able to experience to love and be love, specially with the person I consider my better half.

I woke up early because I can't sleep well, I can't wait for Liza to become my wife.

I was about to wear my shirt when I heard a knock on the door. When I opened it I saw my parents in their attire for my wedding.

"hey" I said

My mom hugs me tightly and kissed me with the sweetest smile in her face, and my dad join the hugs, and I feel like I'm back to my childhood, it feels good.

"are you ready to be boss around by the commander in chief, cause if your not, then you can still backout and run, I can arrange your flight if you want?" his dad tease

"can you do that, I feel nervous, what if Liza will run away, I think it's the best idea" he plays along with his dad, they want to annoy his mom, that's what they do to ease the nervousness they feel by teaming up against his mom, mean much!

"really because I'm willing to call Leni and cancel the wedding!" his mom said enthusiastically

Lucas and his dad was surprised by his moms reaction, what? I thought she will be mad at us, now I'm disappointed everything his mom showed is an act.

They were still shocked when they hear his mom laughed so hard and said "what? next time you team up against me, make sure I don't have anything as a come back, now finished dressing up and don't forget to treat Liza good, if I hear something foolishness you're doing, I'll be the one to spank you in front of the paps" her mom threatened in the end

"yeah, treat her like your life depends on her and love her with all your heart, because that's a secret for staying long and strong, make us your example, I don't want my grandchildren having a bad childhood and eventually a broken family, what you're entering is a commitment without end, it was for life, now for the last time are you ready?" his dad

And Lucas is determined to make a happy home with Liza "yeah I'm ready!" he said with determination.

"now make yourself done and be ready, you're not supposed to be late!" his mom

"I'll do that"

"make your old man proud" his dad said and tap his shoulder before making an exit.

Lucas is already done and ready to get married, he smiles at the mirror fixing his bow tie when his door flies open and out came Sebastian and Brandon.

"are you ready to be imprisoned for life bro?" Brandon asked him

"are you ready to save me?" he asked back

"I'm making the car ready if you change your mind" Seb said teasingly

"and when did you know how to joke?"-Brandon

"since he likes Brandy" Lucas answer for Seb

"and why is it that the conversation turned on me?"-Seb

"because you're that obvious bro"-Brandon

"OK enough, I don't want to be late" Lucas cut off the soon banter of the two, he's not in the mood of hearing one, he wants today to be the happiest day of his life

"are you sure nobody forced you on doing this?" Brandon making sure

"yeah! and I know sooner you will be the next in line...." Lucas sang

"I'm thinking about that bro" Brandon

"really you're leaving me alone? I'm sure it'll be fun I don't have competition" Seb

"you're just in denial stage bro, but who knows you will be next" Lucas

Sebastian smirked and said "not that soon bro"

"whatever makes you sleep at night bro!" Brandon said shaking his head

"let's go!" Lucas said ready to be imprisoned in his jail of love

All the three went out walking like models of some fashion show equipped with handsome faces and eye catching bodies even in their tux.
