CHAPTER THIRTEEN

Anna’s Point-of-View

“WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU THINKING NOT TELL ME THIS?! ARE YOU REALLY TRYING TO TEST ME?!” he screamed as soon as we stopped walking. His hands flew everywhere as he screamed his guts out.

I can’t help but laugh at him. Being angry for no reason. It’s just so cute-

“Why the fuck are you laughing?!”

I quickly stopped and shook my head, “Nothing… nothing….”

“Are you quite done accusing me?” I asked.

“Accusing you? What are you talking about?!”

I giggled, “That guy, Austin, is Perrie’s boyfriend. Not mine.”

“WHAT?! WILL YOU QUIT LYING TO ME! HE KISSED YOU FOR GOD’S SAKE!” Harry was completely not following me.

“Will you stop screaming for one second and let me explain? Gosh! You’re giving me such a headache!” I rubbed my temples.

“Alright, fine! Lie to me some mo-“

I didn’t know what else to do to shut him up so I punched him in his prized possession. Harry dropped down while clutching his ‘thing’.

“Why did you do that for?” he squeaked.

“You won’t stop talking.” I shrugged. I sat right next to him and took out Perrie’s phone.

“Last night… I woke up in the middle of the night so I decided to make some tea. I found Perrie crying in the kitchen.”

I sighed, “The reason she was crying is because… she’s not in love with Zayn anymore. She wants to break up with him and call off the engagement.”

“And what does that have to do with you and the bastard?” he said, regaining himself as he sat up.

“I’m getting to that.” I sent him a glare as he set his hands up in surrender.

I continued, “She told me that she found her best friend online. They started talking and Perrie’s feelings for Austin came back. But the thing is… while they were talking through chat and text messaging… Austin thinks that he’s talking to ME.”

“I don’t understand.”

“Perrie used my identity to talk to Austin instead of hers. That’s why Austin thinks that I’m his girlfriend… instead of… Perrie.” I sighed and gave Harry Perrie’s phone.

He scanned through all the texts and all the exchange of photos.

“Do you now understand why you’re freaking out for nothing?” I chuckled.

He sighed, “I made a complete fool of myself.”

“Don’t worry. The lads and I got used to it by now.” I patted his back and stood up.

“Now I have to pretend like I’m his girlfriend until Perrie confesses.” I shrugged then helped Harry stand up.

“Just… promise me one thing.” He requested.

“Anything.”

“Don’t fall in love with him.” His eyes… oh those eyes… they were sparkling like the stars. I don’t know why I’ve only seen it now. But maybe I was looking but I wasn’t really ‘seeing’.

“Consider it done, Mr Styles.” I stood up in my tippy toes and kissed him on his cheeks.

I was about to walk back into the house when Harry pulled me back to face him.
