CHAPTER NINETEEN
Anna’s Point-of-View
“Bonjour, Paris! Comment sommes-nous tous faisons ce soir?!” the crowd was major tonight. I swear. So many French fans in front of me. I thought I was gonna faint right there on the spot.
“Are you ready?!” as I said it, the music to ‘Hot N’ Cold’ played as the crowd roared.
“You change your mind like a girl changes clothes. Yeah, you PMS like a beep, I would know. And you over-think, always speak critically. I should know that you’re not good for me!”
Oh yes. You guessed it. I was singing it for someone in particular. It is a bitchy move, I know, but he has to get the message.
“’Cause you’re hot then you’re cold. You’re yes then you’re no, you’re in then you’re out, you’re up then you’re down. You’re wrong when it’s right. It’s black and it’s white. We fight, we break up. We kiss, we make up.”
I saw the guys dancing on the side of the stage, well except for one. Harry was standing there, his arms crossed and his expression was blank.
I winked, “You don’t really want to stay! No! But you don’t really want to go-o! You’re hot then you’re cold, you’re yes then you’re no, you’re in then you’re out, you’re up then you’re down!”
My back up dancers entered from behind, “We used to be just like twins, so in sync. The same energy. Now’s a dead battery. Used to laugh ‘bout nothing now you’re plain boring.”
I turned to Harry, not caring if anyone will really notice and sang, “SHOULD’VE KNOWN THAT YOU WERE GONNA CHANGE!”
Yes, I changed the lyrics. So what? The lads do it once in a while or in every concert.
“’Cause you’re hot then you’re cold. You’re yes then you’re no, you’re in then you’re out, you’re up then you’re down. You’re wrong when it’s right. It’s black and it’s white. We fight, we break up. We kiss, we make up. You don’t really want to stay! No! But you don’t really want to go-o! You’re hot then you’re cold, you’re yes then you’re no, you’re in then you’re out, you’re up then you’re down!”
I danced the whole routine and was running all over the stage and just had fun.
”Someone call the doctor! Got a case of a love bi-polar! Stuck on a roller coaster! Can’t get off this ride!”
I once again turned to Harry, making sure to have an eye contact with him, “You change your mind like a girl changes clothes.”
The crowd was amazing! They sang with me through every word. They danced with me through every beat. This was the most fun performance I’d ever had, really.
“Bonne nuit, Paris! Vous étiez tous stupéfiant!” I waved off to the crowd before running to the back stage.
I was soon greeted by a bone crushing hug by Louis.
“That was amazing!” he shouted.
“Thanks, Lou!”
“Great performance, Lopez!” Liam patted my back.
“Now how are we gonna top that?!” Niall spoke.
“Come on, lads! They’re here for you, not me!” I yelled through the screaming fans.
“That was mental, babe!” I was next hugged by my boyfriend, Zayn.
“Thank you, love!” I said, pecking his lips.
