CHAPTER THIRTY-SIX

Anna’s Point-of-View

I rolled over on my bed only to hit my chest on someone's shoulder. I opened one eye and the first I saw were curls, messy curls. He laid face down, his head turned to my direction. I blinked a few times to clear up my vision.

He looked absolutely magnificent when he’s asleep. I could imagine those green orbs hiding under those lids. He was shirtless, therefore, giving my eyes full access to the tattoos on his arm.

I held my breath as he shifted himself, now his front was facing the ceiling.

This boy is going to kill me.’, I thought to myself.

I propped myself up, carefully not to wake him up. I leaned my body weight on my left elbow. I smiled to myself… I’ve never seen Harry like this. I’ve never admired him like this before.

Yesterday kept on playing on my head like it’s on repeat. I couldn’t believe it. I love Harry and that was the truth. That kiss… I can feel his lips on mine. But it makes me wonder… what were we? What does that make us now? I’m definitely sure that we were more than best friends but... we never made it official.

Should I ask him?

Should we even discuss it right now?

Oh my goodness… how does a relationship work again?

I traced his butterfly tattoo with my fingertips. He moaned, sleepily, turning his head to my direction.

“Morning, beautiful.” Ugh. His sexy morning voice will be the death of me.

“Good morning.” I greeted him back, still running my fingers through his butterfly tattoo.

“I’ve never told you this before but… I’ve dreamt of us… I confessed my love for you.” He couldn’t be serious. He couldn’t have had the same dream. “We kissed but-”

“Perrie appeared because she forgot her phone in the kitchen.” I finished for him.

His face appeared shock, “How did you…”

“I think it’s possible for two people to be awake in the same dream.” I smiled down at him.

“I guess it’s a sign.” He bit down on his lower lip. “We’re meant to be.”

I chuckled, “You’re so corny.”

“Only for you.” He pinched my cheek then cupped it, pulling it down for me to kiss him.

*Been around the world don’t speak the language! But your body don’t need explaining!*

Both of us groaned as I reached for my phone from my night stand. I answered the phone call without looking at the caller I.D.

“Hello?” I spoke sleepily, falling back down on my pillow. Harry snaked his arm around my waist and snuck his head on the crook of my neck.

“Good morning, Anna. This is Doctor Hemsworth.”

And with that I jolted up. I’m sure that Harry was taken aback by my suddenness.

“Oh! Is it Thursday already?” I gulped.

“Yes, I just wanted to confirm our appointment for later this afternoon?”

“Uhuh. Yeah, I’m going. See you later!” I hung up and threw my phone to the edge of the bed. I sighed, not knowing how I’ll be getting out of this flat alone. I knew I was on a lockdown.
