the courtyard is where i saw you. god what else could i do. i walked past you but stared the whole way. it wasn't like it was any other day.
but when i walked by and caught a glimpse, it was absolutely magnificent. i kept on walking, along with my friends. but i must have looked back at least nine times or ten.
i wanted to stay and sit with you. i wanted so badly to be with you. but i walked and walked, for i had somewhere to be. and you laughed and smiled, for they made you happy.
and my love,
i hope you would do the same if it were me. if it were me who was standing so patiently. if it were me who were smiling and laughing with friends. if it were me waiting for the moment to end.i would hope you would look back too. you would look back at least one time or two. you would think for the rest of the day of my smile. you would wish to be with me for a while.
so my love when you hear me say these words, think of me when we fly like birds. when we soar through the sky awaiting our death, know this would be my last dying breath.
"i loved you in the courtyard scene."
